Ahhh! Maxfactor Pan Stick Foundation

I just found out Max Factor has discontinued their makeup, particularly the Pan Stick foundation that I've sworn by since I started, and is no longer available in stores. I guess this is the down side to being bought by Cover Girl. Unfortunately, CG doesn't have a stick foundation equivalent. So if you're like me and you swear by this product as part of your makeup routine, look for it online at drugstore.com while it's still available. I tried looking on EBay and people are asking like $10+ for it, where drugstore.com has it for $8.99.

and MAC used to have a stick foundation but not any more.

I found the stick foundation you are talking about, not sure if its the shade you want but they are asking $5.87.

Have you tried anything by Rimmel? I've heard they have a found a foundation that's similar to Max Factor's...

I have found equally great coverage using Cover Girl's Clean liquid foundation. My main concern was making sure it covered up the beard concealer, which it does. It also doesn't feel as thick and gives just as great of a result.

I hate when you find a product that you really like, start using it and it's discontinued....be it makeup or hamburgers.....

After laser i switched to a liquid foundation, i still use pan stick on my chest. Knowing that MF was discontinuing it I had picked it up when i foundit. I hope Icanget laser or find a replacement before I run out.

I have started looking into Ben Nye and Mehron as possible replacements. I have had good luck with BN eyshadows. either company makes theatrical make up which should be able to hold up for us.
