I think i need to work on my self hatred a lot, I just wish i knew why people could tell and hurt me which makes my self confident just vanish and my hatreds much worse, maybe its my voice or my body, I dont know and thats not my cat

Its actually one of my friends, I look after her when she goes away, my cats were hiding when i got a friend to take my photo as mine are quite timid so when someone turns up they just hide

where as that cat jumps on a new person, mews happily and demands fussing

Sweety, there is a revelation point we all come to during the phase of learning to pass. It's been discussed on here dozens if not hundreds of times. And I'm going to tell it now to you.

When we first start going out as ourselves in public, we are terrified. Every thought we have is about "Can they tell? Do they read me?" These words, while we think are spoken only in our minds are actually transmitted loud and clear through our non-verbal communication abilities such as our body language and facial expressions. People can read it like we're carrying a billboard. They may not know exactly at first, but people have an instinct to notice people who are unsure of themselves or cautious. There instinct says, "What's up with that person? What are they up to? Are they planning to hurt me?". This is a natural instinct that dates back to the caveman days when we had to worry if that shadow in the forest was a saber-tooth tiger waiting to pounce. The instinct leads them to conscientiously notice you, which then leads them to analyze you, which leads them to read you, which leads them to judge you.

Eventually you will learn to cut this process of at the beginning. It will take time, but you have to learn to forget that you are doing anything out-of-the-ordinary (this will be easier as doing it becomes so often that it IS ordinary for you). You start just going about your business as you, end-of-story. Then you just blend into the crowd, and nobody gives you a second glance.
