1985 Jem Cartoon Series Coming To The Hub Tv Channel

Well, Hasbro finally is bringing the 1965 Jem cartoon series to their Hub channel this summer. Along, with showing the last half of the original GI Joe and Generation 1 Transformers series.

Jem was made by the same people that did GI Joe and G1 Transformers cartoon series. But, Jem was very different series from those two.

For those whom don't know, the Jem series cartoon series is a very unique series. It is like a teen soap opera, without the most of the angst, with some sci-fi thrown in. The main characters are young adults instead of teenagers.

The series is about an all girl band, set in the 80's, that has access to 3D holographic technology.

It is pretty much just a fun series that has aged fairly well.

The Jem series is 65 episodes long and worth a watch.

So far, since The Hub TV channel premiered last Fall, the Hub channel has been a pretty TV channel when it comes to what they show. And it is fairly good alternative to the Cartoon Network in a lot of cases.
