Muscle Loss?

um i have started a new job recently manual labour anyway long story short its manual labour im woundering if there is a way to loose muscle mass? without gaining weight?

You cannot loose muscle you need muscle. Now muscle mass can be decrease such as hrt does or juts not do anything(dont work those muscles). But I dont think you can actually loose muscle unless your starve and your body takes muscle but you can do cardio to lose fat:p

manual labor is also noted for adding bulk through the repeated use of the same muscle groups...but as noted, there is not much that can be done to LOSE muscle short of starving oneself, which is NOT a good idea. Exercise will help with reducing fat and with toning the muscle...more reps with lighter weights can do wonders for the toning of muscles...
