I'm just over 4mths HRT and my breasts are getting there. Small for a girl, but way to big for a boy. I wear a bra, but that just makes them shapely.

So, how do you cover them? I have been wearing a sports bra, buts it's nit the most comfortable thing in the world and I really don't want to smash them.

Get baggy shirts. If you're wearing a t shirt or a henley, wear a shirt over it but just don't button it all the way. I dunno, that's just what I do.

I spent the spring in hoodies and wore two t-shirts underneath. This doesn't work well when it is 90+ with equal humidity.

.

I presented "male" at my job for more than a year and a half on HRT....

Tighter T-shirt and a baggy top shirt worked for me....

I'm coming up on five months and mine are still just biggish nipples on mosquito bites stuck to the sides of my rib cage. I just use two shirts to cover them. As long as the outer one is loose, it doesn't matter in my case if the inner one is tight or not.

I will try two tees. It's a bit harder in the summer, but I'll deal with the heat.

It won't be long before that won't work and I'll have to wear something heavy. :(

Or, I could just go full time. Hahahaha.

At 1 year and 7 months into HRT, I never wear a bra and make no attempt to hide anything. Indeed, I often wear tight shirts and shorts. Yeehi! Of course, that's just me. Many here will give you good ideas should you choose modesty as a modus operandi.

Peace out, hon!

When I was male mode I used white tank tops a size too small. They look like the male a type undershirts, you know? the ones the gangsters would wear in the old movies. I then wore fairly loose white dress shirts. That was all I needed. When out in public, I did not care and wore what felt comfortable, except I avoided knit shirts. A TGirl friend of mine said nobody looks at men's chests, and so many older men have boobs anyway from being overweight.

Or your other idea? Just go full time.

I could not possibly go without a bra. I'm at least an A/B and they wobble to much. Plus they are still growing and all that movement hurts.

I started hormones 5 months ago and I wear a sports bra pretty much all the time. I can't stand wearing baggy guys shirts, so I wear a tank thats about a size smaller under my shirt, yes including my sports bra. Its hot sometimes. But honestly, if im doing stuff im not out in this horrible heat that long. If I was still working, would probably do the same. Sports bra, tank then work shirt. It just works.

Hey if you find out something better let me know, Ill give it a try.

Naturally, do what makes YOU comfortable, girl!

Victoria's Secret has some awesome bras that will make A/B breasts look just great. Heck, I actually have one such bra from Victoria's Secret. Only wore it once ... for about 3 minutes. However, their bras would REALLY work for you. Naturally, buy any brand you want to.

Hey, I'm now a B cup ... have the jiggling ... and the discomfort like you say. Amazing, I'm still growing. Hopefully, I'll reach a C cup which is where I want to be. B)

Shameless sort that I am, I didn't develop these breasts and work out and diet like a fiend to hide everything. Hey, tomorrow, God willing, I'm going to the Mountdale Sun Resort (Goggle it) and will wear a sun hat, sunscreen and that's it!

Do what makes YOU comfortable and happy, Nova Girl!

There comes that time that it is just not going to work anymore.

I try to get by when I have to go into the office with a baggy work shirt. I went in Monday wearing a denim work shirt a size too big for me and thought it was ok until I caught my profile in a mirror in the rest room and saw that there was just no longer hiding the girls. I am just not going to worry about it. I don't want to do a sports bra because I don't want to do the binding effect. So I just decided that I will face any comments as they come.

But then I am old enough and have been in the job long enough to just not give a hoot what others think.

Whatever you do, don't bind. It will ruin the tissue and make your breasts sag very soon; I'm in my twenties and not too endowed, and my chest has already sagged because of binding. I don't care for obvious reasons, but I don't think you want to risk ruining your equipment :P

Sports bra should be alright as long as they aren't causing you pain or compressing too much (you'll notice if that's the case, trust me!)

Layering can also be effective; it was my primary method before I bought proper binders and I "passed" most of the time so it can work.

Button-down shirts are very effective, when my chest was smaller I could get away with just a sports bra under them. An open jacked with a dark t-shirt under it is another effective method to minimize your chest.

Of course avoid shirts with words or drawings on the chest, while vertically-striped or checkered ones are great.

You are more brave than I. It's only 60 here right now.

I was doing my best to get past the fear and shame i felt whenever i went out in public so when i went to therapy and later to my doctor i presented as the woman i felt myself to be.  There was a policy that one had to live as their chosen gender for a year prior to starting HRT.  In some ways that seemed almost right to me as one of the hardest things we do is the entry into society as ourselves.     Of course the way you dress is up to you but be assured that your doctor is there to support not denigrate your decision.   Hugs,   Charlize

You are right, there are no actual 'roos in Tassie, just their smaller cousins like wallabies and pademelons. Devils are really cute. If you got to see the adults in full noise, you can easily understand why they got portrayed that way in the Looney Tunes cartoons! Emus, or 'bush chooks', have a habit of sneaking up on you and stealing food. I was at an open range zoo a few years ago and was holding a bag of pellets behind me to hide it from the emus in front of me, when one snuck up behind me and stole it. I've never jumped so high in my life! I almost needed to change my undies! 😆

wearing my bathing suit at a rocky beach. At the same lake as the one I fell into from the kayak a few weeks ago. Watson (my chihuahua) and I took a nice swim and sunbathed for a little while.

I searched for a bag that felt right and worked for me.  Eventually i found an old leather Coach bag.  I've carried it for over 10 years now.  Occasionally i use Lexol  to revitalize the leather as i did on the tac for horses years ago.  The leather has become soft and the clever fittings on the bag have preventing too much wear.  It's pretty big so perhaps i carry too much.   Hugs,   Charlize

Home crumbed chicken schnitzel, with scalloped potatoes, peas & corn.   We try to plan our dinner meals ahead for the week, so getting in early - tomorrow night will be lamb chump chops baked in the oven with a honey/soy marinade. In the same dish will be potato and pumpkin segments. The other veges will be string beans and cauliflower.

Yep.   I sometimes get busy on another forum which has a wide array of general interest subforums. Everything from politics to tech to money to sport. There have been plenty of times where I have quoted people and given examples which demonstrate why their posts were either bollocks or at least tangential to the thread title, only to have my reply hidden because it was deemed to be off-topic...yet their off-topic post that I quoted remained intact!    Freedom of speech per se should be upheld, BUT...is it just me, or does it sometimes seem like the biggest proponents of it prioritize their 'rights' over their responsibilities? Maybe it is just me, but does anyone else feel like there is a cohort of people out there (not here!) who defend their hate speech under the guise of free speech? Whether it be on an internet forum or in real life, there must be rules and regulations.   Our moderators here do a truly fantastic job, and this forum really is a rare treasure. What helps is that above everything that does get discussed including the differing opinions at times on non-core issues, we are all on the same side!

Good morning everyone,    It’s a dog life thing, with a puppy influence. We slept until 06:00 at which time Parker made his first soft bark from inside his crate. I got up and got ready to go outside so he could take care of business and potty. Then we played with his favorite toy 🧸 and tug of war and fetch. Coffee has finished brewing and my first cup is flavorful Folgers Black Silk.    I hope you have a wonderful day and can be who you were meant to be.   Hugs,   Mindy🌈🐛🏳️‍⚧️🦋

Self-compassion is simply the process of turning compassion inward. We're kind and understanding rather than harshly self-critical when we fail, make mistakes, or feel inadequate. We give ourselves support and encouragement rather than being cold or judgmental when challenges and difficulties arise in our lives.
