All Right, Time For Some Pics.

So this past weekend I was in Vegas for a friends wedding and on the way back we stopped in Baker and found a big empty lot and decided to shoot a couple of pics.

So here are two.

I know, I know. I am still shedding the pounds. I still have a ways to go, but for now, this is me. Any comments, suggestions and/or critiques welcome.

Oh, and for those that don't know anything about me, so far I am pre-everything and looking to start HRT soon.

BTW, I was trying to post them here and the pics are well under 2mb's but it is still telling me the pics are too big. What gives?

A closeup. (I like how this one shows off the sparkle in my eyes.)

You look great for pre-everything. You have nice toned legs like a woman would want so that is a plus. I don't know if it is the pic but the only thing I would get worked on is the brows. Other than that you are doing wonderfully.

Thanks Sarah! Yes I leave the brows "au naturale" for now as I still have to spend most of my time as a guy (ugh), but I can not wait to be able to (wo)manscape those things.

Just realized that the user settings for the pics were set to private so I don't know if people were able to see them or not. Switched it to public.

Keep the comments comming. I can use all the constructive criticism I can get.

I love the outfit, particularly the shoes.... ok I really like the shoes.

Don't have much criticism to give, just wanted to tell you I think you look good. :)

Girl, you look good! Great outfit, wonderful hair, cool poses, and like Heather said, great shoes.

Pre everything, eh? Can't wait to see you after a few months HRT and all the rest. BTW, nice job getting pics in Baker, of all places, without looking like you even broke a sweat! My wig would look like a wet mop in 5 minutes out there.

HUGS

Oh honey, yes. Time for photographs, indeed, oh my. Ok, alright, now that I am past my shock, and I don't know what I expected, you look sweet and sexy. I can't see your face well, nor your hands. You best body features are of course your beautiful legs and feet. Your painted toenails are delightfully sexy, and your naturally curly hair is spectacular.

Is that description good for you? [me laughing] because I will add this, I think you should have been a naturally born woman with that body.

Thanks Fiarlia. The shoes I am confilicted about as I do love them and they are actually quite comfy but the store I got them from has a real pushy and not very pleasent owner so I can not in good faith recommend them. That day I was actually wearing my new boots that I got but between it being 100 degrees in Baker that afternoon and me wanting to show a little more leg, out came the go-to 4 inch strappy sandals! LOL.

Thank you Carolyn. Yeah, Baker was hot as hell but with traffic virtually stopped on the 15 we though might as well pull over and use the opportunity to snap some pics. As far as the hair, yeah, been growing it for 10 years now so thankfully I don't have to wear a wig and yes, that is how it naturally is without a gram of product. A blessing and a curse all at the same time.

As far as HRT, yep, I can HARDLY wait to start. Hopefully I get my letter tomorrow from the therapist and off to the endo I go!!!

And finally thank you Julie. That is one heckuva compliment I just got there. Thank you so much! I still have some weight to lose (which in my case decided to add some to my neck which I am not too happy with) but since those pics were taken I have dropped another 12 pounds so getting there little by little.

April, that is def good advice. I have had some really bad experiences with a therapist in the past. She way violated my trust. That caused a massive amount of damage to every corner of my life. Truthfully, because of that i have alot of deep seeded trust issues. I'm not sure i could ever go back to therapy. You are of coarse right, therapy would help, suppose its a matter of finding the right one and learning how to trust again.

I look for purses with a shoulder strop that goes across the body. I also like many pockets. But one purse is not enough. I like purses that are artistic and make a statement about my personality. It doesn't have to be flamboyant, but matches my character. I also need a purse when I want to blend in and not be noticed so easily. One that won't draw attention to me when I don't desire it.

What if a social media platform giant, (we all know its name) on devices we own, is held responsible for creating rules to intentionally target our community? for political reasons?

Well just got back back from a visit to our oldest and family. It was nice having my granddaughter snuggle up to me on the couch. Gave me a big hug when we went over yesterday. Spent all day yesterday with them.  I envy my granddaughter, being able to grow up a girl. Something I wish I got to do.    Hugs, Kymmie

I hope our members from the Mid-South are doing OK today.  A lot of places had a real disaster overnight.  Tornadoes dropped all over, through Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Arkansas, and Tennessee.  Lots of damage, and many people missing.  Pray for those involved, and that there won't be another wave of it tonight.   My county was spared almost all of it, but a neighboring county was hit hard.  Our Defense personnel were mobilized this morning to assist with access control, because all their local LEOs are needed for search and rescue.  No idea of how many are injured and missing, but there have been several deaths.  We may not know for weeks.  Rural areas here have a lot of shacks and trailer houses, and most people were asleep because it hit at the worst time - early morning on a Sunday during a holiday weekend.  Tornado hit a retirement home, and lots of elderly folks were hurt bad.  There was no forecast for this, and little if any warning.      Electrical outage is widespread, and it has been followed by a really hot, humid day.  Heat index is around 115 - it's killer heat.  I went out with my husband this morning, since everybody with a CDL was needed for a convoy.  I'm back home now, since I only got a couple of hours of sleep last night.  He'll probably be there overnight, and GF is there also helping with mechanical issues.  They've converted a big Baptist church into a community shelter for people who have lost their homes, and set up a generator and AC.  I'll probably go back tomorrow to help some more, as they're working on setting up a kitchen...nobody wants to eat MRE's forever.    They're getting no help from the state at all yet.  Governor didn't bother to declare an emergency until this afternoon!   The National Guard hasn't been activated either.  If it wasn't for Defense personnel, there'd be gawkers and looters. Its ridiculous, like only the cities matter.  Two rural towns literally no longer exist - its like a bulldozer a half-mile wide went through.  I've seen tornado damage before, but this is the worst.  Its just heartbreaking to look at it.
