Metoidioplasty At Papillion Centre

I know it's still soonish to think about this, but I like to be informed.

Has anyone here had experience with this operation in this centre, or knows someone who has had it there, or even merely heard something about it?

I can't deny that the results page on their website caught my eye... (http://www.drchristinemcginn.com/services/srs/, go to "other ftm" and "ring flap metoidioplasty") especially the first result shown in photo. Yes I know only the best results get posted, that everything depends on your equipment, etc, but that one is the best of the best I've ever seen so far! And the other ones look pretty great too!

But of course I do not know anything about their reputation or of experience of people who went there, so can you help me with that? Or at least suggest me where to look for more info?

Yes - this is Dr McGinn. Paula Ult just had her SRS there. Several others here used this clinic, if I remember correctly. The full clinic is set up for full services, but many who don't live in the area just schedule surgery.

Well I have to say the results look great! Very natural, its amazing!

Hopefully someone with more experience will be able to reply soon. When you get closer to this time schedule a consultation. Of course they're going to try to sell you on it if you meet the requirements but knowing more about the surgeon from face to face meetings like, how many times have they performed this surgery and such will help.

As for me, if I make it this far I will be off to Thailand like Dee Jay.

I had my GCS with Dr. Mcginn this past May, when i had my consult in 2010 and one of my followups after my surgery there was an FtM there for a consult or maybe a followup, the metoidioplasty pictures on her website do look good, her vaginoplasty pictures also look good, i can tell you my vaginoplasty is going to look like her pictures in a few months after more healing occurs, she does not try to sell you on anything, just the opposite, she wants to make sure you are ready for the procedure you want to get and understand any complications that can happen, she does follow the standards of care and does require both surgical letters to be written a certain way.

All i can tell you is all her MtF GCS patients i know are very pleased with their results, including myself, she is an artist.
