A happy girl

Well I've noticed that I'm happy all the time, I'm not sure whether or not it's the hrt, or if it's the fact that I'm finally able to me. I think after hiding my dressing for all those years and doing it at night in my room alone, and now finally being able to wear panties or a dress whenever I want and to not be questioned about is an incredible feeling.

But I have started hrt and I ve read a side effect is mentally you become a happier person, is there any truth to this?

Anyway I thought I d share my thoughts here

The simple fact of relieving the stress of hiding who you are can make you happier. I know I've been a lot happier overall since being out, though now that I am on HRT, I feel not just happy...but better. I feel good, overall, just generally speaking.

The steps from hiding to HRT can be stressful, but for me, once I got here... It's made a world of difference on my levels of stress and general well-being.
