By the way, this reminded me... you know, your skin on the breasts and nipples can get sore, or even infected. Mom always got heat rashes on the underside and under the breasts, sometimes its a yeast infection, and you need to get something to get it to heal. (or it wont get better on its own.) (yeast infection is actually a fungus, it grows anywhere its hot and moist, so you need a cream like monistat for it, or something similar. they sell OTC various brands and types of anti-fungals that would work.)

nipples can get dry or sore.. they sell "udder cream" for on them. but they too can get various rashes, or infections.

i had a soreness, and itching there for some time, and didnt know what it was, and finally got a dermatoligist to check it, turned out to be a staph infection. you can get them anywhere, and they wont go away on their own. so she proscibed a good antibiotic cream of some sort, but it was much stronger than OTC ones, which had not worked prior to seeing her for it. and then it got better.

and its not a good idea to wear a bra all the time, obviously, you need to let the skin breathe a bit.. dont keep wearing the same bra, wash them good in with the whites, etc.

I agree with Megan,padded bra's are a life saver. How could i ever wear anything else... some days the girls itch so much it feels like ants on my chest...

many ouch moments so far,though i have suddenly turned into a big klutz and omg the seatbelt gets me all the time. And the shower spray...that's another painful story for another time. Not much for itchy yet,but rub against or bump them and i almost come out of my shoes....

Reminds me of of another thing..make sure the bra you wear is the exact right fit and not too tight too.. dont want to hurt your skin or your ribs or anything else there, and its more comfortable if its the right size and the right style and material too.

if youre bigger, you want wider straps of course, but also,..the right kinds of materials, and textures.

Some bras are just uncomfortable from the day some dumb guys designed them at the factory and dont get any better.

same as any clothes: cottons breathe nicer but others wont shrink so easily.
