Melanie Anne Philips' voice coaching?

Has anybody tried Melanie Philips' voice tapes? I liked her book, but that doesn't necessarily mean her tapes are any good....

Her concepts are good. Just knowing the information is most of it. Use beyond that, I don't know. Most of her info on the tapes is available online.

I bought the tape 6 or so years ago and unless she's changed it at all you're probably better with Andrea Jame's video. As far as I can tell Andrea's videos coach you on exercises to help you train your muscles where as Melanie's is all commentary on how she did it and as someone else here said, all of that is pretty much available online. I wound up just throwing the dvd away. I did better just reading books aloud to myself for as long as I could and working to sound more naturally feminine.

Her stuff is basically the same material she put out in the early 90s. However it is only something like $25 if you download it on like and may make a good start. What ever you use the key is practice, practice practice.
