YMMV, but YES. Under the influence of estrogen the prostate shrinks dramatically and can function as a G spot for us. It should be noted the tissues are basically the same and after SRS what's left of the prostate is in the same location as other women's G spots.

I didn't know that was the location of the prostate. I thought it was farther back towards the tail bone and such.

What I read of the procedure is that they intentionally go back behind it. Probably for that very reason?

The existance of the G spot in women as some distinct organ has been debated through the years. Some point to the skene's gland which is sometimes referred to as the female prostate.

Since post-SRS MTF still have their prostate (tho shrunk by hormones), it can be unquestioningly said that MTF do have a "G spot" with a clearly identifiable anatomical feature. That little bit of leftover anatomy also accounts for the post-orgasm...um...wetness that many post-op confuse with self lubrication till they start to connect the fact of it only being present afterwards rather than being able to produce beforehand.

The prostate is where the urethra exits the bladder and surrounds the urethra. The neo-vagina can't be anywhere else around the prostate without interferring with the urethra.

I didn't know that about the prostate but I think I have a g spot. When I insert my finger or a toy there's a nice little area on the front vaginal wall about 1.5 to 2 inches inside that is very nice to play with. It feels quite firm there and rubbing it makes me come on very quickly every time. I guess it's my g spot and I'm happy to regard it as being so even if it isn't. Someone suggested that it may be part of the repositioned glans and is actually the submerged part of my clitoris, but whatever it is, I like it.

I have acquired a g spot also. I know exactly where it is and at times try to avoid it when dilating. As wonderfully exciting it is to have an orgasm, it becomes overwhelming when trying to dilate. My spot is not associated with my prostate. I'm pretty sure I have a sorta fold inside and if I move it it drives me crazy.
