I don't know if the whole thing though was thee most romantic experience of my life, or the least . when we got up that morning to open our presents to one another. i wanted him to go first . i was really exited to see the look on his face , i was like " i want to see the look on your face when you open these " he's like " well i really want to see the look on your face when you open mine " so i got mine a relatively large box , so i open it ...... there is another box in there , so i open that one , there is the ring box. i just suspected it was another piece of jewlery he has bought me nearly every piece i own, so i'm like " aaaaaw " and open it...... the box was empty. so i turned to look at him like " oh har har har " and he had the ring in his hand. he turns to look at me and goes " well Ms VanMeter i was wondering ..... well .... i was wondering if you would like to marry me? " then he was like " oh wait i should be on my knee right ? " my jaw was on the floor by this point . it's the first time in my life i have ever been speechless. i was just kinda in stunned silence . i just sort put my hand out and he goes " is that a yes ? " and i nodded . and he slid it on my finger , after a few more moments of silence hes like " well girl are you gonna say something ? " i just pounced on him and started kissing him " YES ! yes yes yes yes yes " *sigh* . after he opened his presents from me . i got a look at my self in the mirror ...... i had just rolled outta bed my hair was on par with medusa , i had forgot to take my eye make up off from the night before so i had some seriouse racoon eyes going on i was like " EEEEEK!!! omg and he still wanted to marry me ? " lol shows what kind of man he is if he can wake up to that for the last 5 years and still want to marry me .*sigh*

OOps guess i should show off the ring huh lol. its white gold , with my birthstone as the main stone (blue saphire ) with two smaller dimonds on either side of it , he wanted to get mine and his birth stone (ruby ) together but didn't have the right setting. and it was a bit to pricy i guess. i still love it though)

Uhg, as i piece this shin dig together. i have begun to see why women turn into " bridezilla " while i am not planning the wedding event of the year here. i am deffinately not doing a justice of the peace wedding either. its the lists.... i'm going to end up with post traumatic stress disorder from all these lists *eye twitchs* " who to invite , where are we going to do it , potential brides maids , if i am going to have brides maids dresses or go more casual, if i have brides maids dresses what will their colors be. and who will my maid of honor be.

and in making all these lists i have ran into a situation, that may turn around and bite me in the behind. having my family coming into contact with Anthony's family. and my family coming into contact with my friends. with his family and mine it's going to be a culture clash . his family for lack of a better word are ghetto. and my family for lack of a better word is redneck, well no there is no better word my family are rednecks. lol . uuuhg . also his family with exeption of his mom and sister do not know about my past . while my family dosen't intentionally out me...... the odd slip up does occure. and then there are my friends, none of them know i use to be a boy. it's why i like having my family over 700 miles away , while i love them to death. it keeps complications like these to a bare minimum, and now i'm looking at the very real prospect of having them bursting into the life i have built here, were there is no room for those kinda slip ups..........* breathes into paper bag *
