hiya everyone, just saw different for girls thru netflix on my droid in my big rig.

what a great movie, very poignant story about the triumph of love over adversity.

i love foreign films, i know british films arent really foreign since theyre in english, but the british have a way about making great movies, even on lower budgets. i found it pretty realistic.

excellent movie.

Our industry does produce some gems and it is a great film loved it since I was about 12 in 2002 maybe that should have been my first clue but oh well lol.

im a huge fan of british film and tv. im a monty python nut. and of course i love abfab.

truthfully, the british film industry imho, is better than the rubbish hollywood churns out. dont get me wrong, there are some great hw flics, but i just prefer foreign films usually.

Your lucky in one respect that you don't get to see the rubbish UK films and only get the good ones. Never watch 'Sex Lives of the Potato Men' if you value British cinema even the writer, director and actors wish they never made it as it was so bad and distributors are still scratching their head for thinking they could sell it.

Just a sad story that our current government destroyed the industry and we no longer produce films.
