Tanner stage?

What tanner stage in breasts would a 60 year old and over, 40 year old and over, 20 year old and over and a 15 year old and over get to?xx

There's absolutely no way to know in advance what size breasts will be, but you need to understand that the tanner stages show development, not size, so assuming someone stays on HRT and lives long enough, any person would reach stage 5, whether they're pleased with the result or not. That's barring any medical reasons why they wouldn't develop properly, which I'm not qualified to comment on.

No I know for example an A cup could reach tanner 4 ya no, but I thought if you were really old then you couldnt get that high, thats why I posted this forum to see in a more ruffer scale what was what

I don't know about really old, but we've got some lovely ladies here 60+ and I believe they're doing just fine. The way I see it, if you can start to develop at 60+, there's no reason you can't finish developing at 60+. Keep in mind, it takes 6 or 7 years to fully develop, and most of the ladies I know here haven't been on HRT more than a few years, so I can't speak to that, really. I'm sure someone will come along and tell you from experience though.
