Unfortunately I'm a bit on the heavy side as well. But, it's helped since being on hrt can have a "fat redistribution" effect. My chest is really rocking and "Baby Got Back"!

If you want to lose weight, keep an eye on your caloric and fat intake. I'd try for around 1500 calories and no more than 60 grams of fat. HOWEVER.... I'm not a Medical Clinician nor am I in the dietician scope of things. Perhaps you could inquire with a MD or see if a school nurse or dietician could give you some better advise than myself. I really do not know what your caloric intake should be as it may be different due to age, growth patterns etc...

152lbs is sorta average for other guys around my age. And the binge eating is probably due to the damned T making you bulk up. Just thought I should say that its not your fault. Oh, and being "heavy" doesn't necessarily make you fat. You've got to take bone size, muscles etc into acount. Ha, PE theory finally does me some good.

152lbs .... Really? you call that fat? I would kill to be 152lbs ..... As of right now i am 180lbs

I would kill to be 180 lbs heck would be estatic with 200 lbs as I am a very large 274lbs down from 285lbs. But I have a very long torso so it hides most of my weight. People usualy guess me around 200-220.. 180 lbs on me is very thin..

One of the ways to help drop weight beside lots of exsercize. Is to try to aviod high frutose corn syrup as that stuff its a fat maker on steriods. also try to aviod empty calories( bad carbs). I let myself go because of deprestion . Then when I added on quiting smoking(insane munching) and hrt my weight jumped quick. I am content with my life now and am slowly but surely getting the weight off by just changing my eating habbits slightly. As soon As am able to get below 250lbs then will start serious excersize. My poor kness just can not handle heavy cardo at this weight..

The earlier in life you start any kind of calorie restriction the greater the risks are that you will be seriously overweight as an adult. It interferes with metabolism-so dieting is a serious trap. There is all kinds of scientific evidence out there if you want to look it up.

At your age you haven't gotten to your adult weight patterns and your body has additional nutritional needs that will affect you for life if not met. Not a big deal now perhaps but it will be.

If you want to look and feel better then eat healthier-high fat and sugar foods are somewhat addictive because of there effect on brain chemistry I have read-I know for me it is hard to kick them but once I do the cravings are much better and I feel better.. And exercise more. Which is the real key.

Not what anyone wants to hear but it's the only thing that really works long term without predisposing you to lifelong weight problems. Exercise doesn't mean a trip to the gym - find something you like, mountain biking, boarding, dance-anything-and do it -do a little more each day.

And now I know why I went from being able to eat anything I wanted in high school to having to be more careful than most in college. My meal patterns in high school were really screwy due to a high focus on academics and a dislike for both cafeteria food and bag lunches.

@LittleSamCongratulations on one of the biggest decisions. Looking forward to your progress.

I don't wear a bra to bed.  The girls aren't big enough to need it, but still enough to appreciate.  Just a flannel nightgown suits me fine.

You're welcome. I'm here quite often if you need me.

Yeah, that is the point.  And of course they can be proud of themselves for saving humanity.   Yeah.  That would be scary.  I'd find a bush somewhere like our GOP governor candidate recommends.  So far I've gotten away with the women's.  I've been told I pass better than I realize.  But it would only take one a55h0le.   This is all so stupid.  I mean, who gets off on hanging out in a bathroom?

Oh yes. It was not fun cleaning it up but he is better.

As I read this one, it is only for school bathrooms.  I hope he has signed a bill to triple the number of "security monitors" on the campuses and up their pay considerably, not to mention some other costly stuff.  Only way is for every school employee, to know the birth certificate information of each student by memory which will require 3 additional months of salary for them all.  It appears the enforcement relies on parental reports obtained from their children which opens so much up.  The kids will end up ALL with wet or soiled underwear while the parents go at each other with weapons over "family honor" over false calls based on childish name calling.

I agree. This law is impractical and impossible to evenly enforce without such ridiculous measures in place. What it will do is stigmatize the trans community in Oklahoma and nothing more but ofc, that’s the only point of it.   If I was in that state and needed a restroom, there’s no chance I’d ever step foot in the men’s restroom because of some law. I know I’m not alone in that thinking. This law won’t stand the test of time.

I asked AI to create an image of myself 30 years younger based off my avatar on another site and this was the result:     Wow! I am amazed how close it got my 30 year old face!

Quite true.  The amusing thing about opposites is how similar they can be.   My family left Greece because of the conflict between the communists and the militarists/fascists.
