Rebecca, I don't see any red flags. It's a good sign that she lists transgender issues as one of her specialties. Also, since it's on that website, it might be that your mom found her because she's in-network for your insurance. Let us know how it goes, okay? Sometimes it's hard to tell if a therapist is really up to date with WPATH standards until you talk to them. Don't forget, It's perfectly okay to ask them up front about their stance on transgender therapy including letters and diagnosis, etc...
