How to make my adam's apple bigger?

Can you make your adam's apple bigger pre T?

Also how do I locate the AA on my neck? I can feel quite a large lump at the front but is it just an extra prominant windpipe ridge? The other ridges aren't nearly as prominant though.

-.- eugh, don't say there isn't a way...

Not pre T or on T as far as I have been able to discover-but look around-lots of men don't have a prominent Adam's apple and some women do. It isn't an important clue.

Better to spend your time on mannerisms and posture etc than worry about something that won't make a difference.

I am accepted 100% as male now and I don't have much of one though my voice has deepened a whole lot.

Hey

This is kind of an interesting topic. In my support group the adams apple just hasn't come up. No one seems too worried about it, they seem more concerned with their feet and hands. Facial hair and the enlarged bits down below!

Personally, I just want to build up some muscles and grow some facial hair and all will be right in my world. HOWEVER, an adams apple would be pretty cool, so I hope it comes too.

Sorry I don't believe that there is anyway to ensure an adams apple. It just is physiology.

I'm Pre T and have always had a prominent Adam's apple for some reason. More prominent than some of my male friends, to be honest. You can guess how that would lead to a lot of jokes.

I don't know why that is though. It might be genetics, because my brother has a prominent Adam's apple as well, but it might also be because I'm sickeningly thin. Might also be because I've been doing all these neck exercises to get a deeper voice. Mentioned it here: http://www.lauras-playground.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=41678

It would be nice to know if there was an actual way to make it more prominent though. Nice topic.

Thanks Falcon!

I saw your post the other day - I tried it and it worked! My voice sounded so deep at school! I even shocked a few people! But it's pretty much worn off now but I will definitely keep doing it!

Can doing those exercises make it bigger?

If I stretch my neck and look upwards, then and only then can you barely see mine. Otherwise, there is no way anyone would ever see it. My pictures I have posted on my profile you cannot see anything. And no, I have not had a tracheal shave. So while Adam's apples are typically considered by the general public to be a "male thing," observe (discreetly of course - hehe) other males / females and one quickly realizes it is definitely not an absolute "gender cue."

I honestly don't know if the exercises will make it bigger or more prominent, but this is what I look like: http://xrl.us/bmwpjg

Sorry, I don't have any normal photos with me right now. I'm the kind of person who avoids cameras, and obviously, that photo was made for other humorous purposes. XD Still, you get the point. Apart from the smiley face, this photo hasn't been edited in any way.

I read somewhere that people with larger vocal cords have more prominent Adam's apples. The exercises strengthen the vocal cords, but I don't know if it makes them bigger or anything. Can't be certain.
