Any games you've got that you wouldnt part with? Fallout 3 is the only one of the current gen I'll not get rid of, with Resident Evil 4, Black and Gran Turismo 4 from the last gen.

The Sims 3, Mario Cart, and Amnesia:The Dark Descent are my favorites. Probably more so The Sims. Idk why, I find it so addicting.

Monster Rancher (Or, for you Americans, Monster Rancher 2).

I'd still be playing to this day if my disk had not gotten ruined, I've been searching and searching, I want it back.

Vagrant Story *an absolute classic game :D* Final Fantasy VII, Baldurs Gate Dark Allience 2, Resident Evil CODE: Veronica *original Dreamcast version* Max Payne, Pokemon Gold and sooooeess many more :D but nothing this generation has made me stop and look twice, though I enjoyed Duke Nukem Forever, I don't see why people hate it so much

Suikoden II

Let's put it this way, if there was a fire, and six people were trapped. And I either saved them or this game, I would proabaly choose this game. That's hypberbolic of course, I'd at least save 3 of them and get the game, 4 if I was able to substain burns.

As many games as I have that I would step over my own grandmother to get back I also have a few memory cards, ones that have complete 100% files of Shadow Man, Rayman 1 and such, I treasure them almost as much as the games, some files I will buy another card rather than delete them due to the hours I put in to making them and the things I collected in the games.

If anyone touched my card that has my maxed out Final Fantasy VIII save data on I would have their heads!! o_O

Metroid Prime, Pokémon (Blue, Sliver, Crystal, and Fire Red), Halo (CE, 2, 3, ODST and Reach... maybe CEA), Super Mario Sunshine, Sonic Adventure 2 Battle, Mass Effect (1, 2 and 3), Kirby Air Ride, The Legend of Zelda (Ocarina of Time and Wind Waker).... I could go on.

I can't part with Scarface, GemstoneIV, FFX ( this is being remastered for PS3!, I've never seen a game remastered before, but this totally qualifies!), FFXI, Heroes of MM 3 and 5(these will stick around the Russians love them), and last but not least sometimes you just need to be El Presidente in Tropico.

Honorable mentions: Half life series, Oblivion, Portal series, Dragon Age series, Ratchet and clank, Red Dead redemption.

It's a wonder I don't play more, but I limit myself to a few hours a month of game time.

I saw this concert in which it is said that the famous phrase of Jon Landau "I saw the future of rock and roll and his name is Bruce Springsteen" comes from that night. By the way Bruce opened for Bonnie Raitt that night and she was the better performer . . . just sayin'.

Astronomy and astrophotography.  I have done a few public presentations on the subject and could most likely wing it for an hour without putting you to sleep.   On the other hand if you need a sleeping pill, I could also talk for an hour about flying and you'd be out cold.

Please consider joining us, even if it's just for a few minutes to see what the meetings are like. I've learned so much, had so much fun and gained confidence in myself just by being a part of this amazing group of people. It's a low key, no pressure, non-judgmental chance to just be among people who are supportive, understanding and affirming of each other.    I'm travelling out of state and still planning on dropping in for awhile.    Come see what it's like!!

Thank you, Susan!! It was such an amazing experience for me. I can't remember if I even talked about it on a Zoom meeting.   Here is the link to the post I made about it. And, again, thank you for helping to give me the courage to do it.

Good morning coffees   This probably doesn’t exactly apply to me because you wouldn’t have found a more shy and conservative person than me.  I was perhaps less shy before my sister started complaining about me doing things that were hers to do. And I would become embarrassed and that was the end of that.   upstairs unit got their typical weekend visitors in the middle of the night last night.  They woke me up.  They have little consideration for being in a condo community and the neighbors being in such close proximity.   @awkward-yet-sweet , how goes the job with your husband’s boss?  I don’t recall you saying much about it this week, but I could have missed a post along the way.  If I recall you were supposed to meet with him last Monday.   @KymmieL I hope you are feeling better.     Yes, I find it to be wrong that just because a car part says Ford or Chevrolet on the box that same part with Lincoln or Cadillac on the box cost a lot.more.  I know there are differences in the upscale brands such as the engine and drivetrain in the Caddy and of course the interior fit and finish.  But it’s the same body with things crammed in the same way under the hood.     well, time to finish my coffee, fix my hair and made my way across the street to work.    willow

I read about her this morning. What a shame! She was beautiful and it seems she had a strong support system in place and could have had a wonderful life all to have it end like this. Such a waste. I truly hope the monster that killed her gets everything he deserves.
