I LOVE Al Jarreau! And one of my favorites of his is the theme music for the TV series Moonlighting. Not that I am a big fan of the show (its okay I guess, to each their own), but this music will always remind me of the incredibly close friendships made among us working nights in a very busy hospital ER, bonding like family and going through thick and thin together. I miss and remember each one of you, as the years pass by...

Okay then. At the risk of this not necessarily being appealing to everyone that might give it a chance and listen to it... I say, Crank. It. Up! Blue Man Group, The Current. My new all time favorite. And when I'm pushing myself to the very absolute limit exercise-wise, this song will be jacked-in and playing right along in my ears. Damn its good! To me at least. And motivational as can be, if hard driving stuff with some spot-on lyrics is your thing. ...Let the current carry me away...
