Set up an appointment to start seeing a therapist!

I've been meaning to set up an appointment all week long, and this entire time I either have gotten distracted, busy or didn't have a way to call. Well today, I called the therapist I chose, on lunch break, and got her voicemail, she called me back 10 minutes before I was done working, so I couldn't answer it. I called her again, and got the voicemail again, but she ended up calling me around 6PM, and I was FINALLY able to set up an appointment with her!

It's set up for Monday, April 23rd, at 4PM. I'm rather excited to get in to see her, but also somewhat nervous for some reason I don't know. I am looking forward to it very much though!

GREAT NEWS! It's scary at first maybe, but after a while your therapist becomes your best friend.

Smart move - and the start towards resolution and happiness, no matter what happens.

Congrats! This is a big step. I know what you mean about feeling nervous. I just had my first therapy session last Wednesday. I was SO nervous on my way there but it was really no big deal at all.

Thanks everyone! Well, I'm getting more excited, yet impatient for my appointment with the therapist next Monday. When I talked with her on the phone, while making the appointment, she sounded very nice.
