anyone got any tips on how to hide/make it look smaller? cos mine is really annoying me and is a big give away

When I was thinner my adam's apple was very prominent. In the winter time I wore turtlenecks and in the summertime I always wore a choker my wife made for me. She used a wide piece of cloth made of sateen and it closed around my neck with a velcro catch. The first one she made me was black. It worked so well I had her make me several more of different colors. These methods were the only ways I could hide the "big" apple. The chokers worked really well and they looked stylish to boot.
