Question about injections

I have a question ive been on injections for around 6 months and things have been pretty good good eneough my doctor lower my dose because he felt it was working meaning keeping the t level down and the blodd test has confirmed this.My question is ive been really emotional this past week today al of a sudden i felt kinda nothing little irratated even is it possible that because of the last week i used up all the injection.I dont think i was any more emotional last week than in the past but can it happen

I've heard people call them mood swings, whatever - it takes a while for the whole effect to settel down. When I had a T-driven system, I was like a bubbling pot all of the time - didn't take much for it to boil over. Going on E, all of that calmed down, thankfully. But, I also became more sensitive, and I'd be caught off-guard and find myself venting all over for no good reason. It's now a year later. I'm still loving this miracle drug! But, those "mood-swings" seem to be far more seldom now.

My guess is to just give yourself some time - and see what happens. You can always contact your doctor if you're experiencing something unusual.

PS - I'm on injections too - the prescription called for shots every two weeks, but have been splitting the dose into weekly shots instead, trying to level out the peaks and valleys of the shots. But, today is two days after my shot - always feel warm and happy on Mondays!

I recommend you call your hormone doc and ask him this question, it is possible your E level is going too low before your next injection, does your doctor also check your E level when you get blood tests. I do an injection every two weeks, as it gets closer to my next injection i sometimes get irritable, my endo says it is because my E level is going low, when my endo has me get a blood tests, i get one two days after an injection, then another just before the next, it shows how high and low my E gets, he adjusts how much i inject if he feels i need it.
