Hi Girls,

Im having my colon SRS/GRS in Aug 1st in Bangkok by Dr. Preecha. Just want to ask if anyone of you has done this procedure. What to expect? The pros and cons you encountered. Also, has one went to Dr. Preecha for their SRS. I know Dr. Preecha doesn't perform the actual surgery due to arthritis. The surgeon that will perform my surgery is Dr. Burin and Dr. Sutin.

I would love to hear your feedbacks and informations.

Thank you!

Ally.....

My original SRS letter is on file with Dr. Preecha in Bangkok and that is where I was going to go....I've been to Bangkok half a dozen times and I love the place and the people.....................

But, because of my age (62) and a few other factors, I'm getting my SRS done in the states (in 51 days...)

I'm also not getting the colon procedure...

Good luck, Hon...

Hi Dee Jay,

Thanks for the reply. I think thats a good idea to do your surgery here in the US.

I chose the colon SRS because of my size issue. I am 10 years post orchiectomy and I am worried ordinary penile inversion with skin graft cannot help it.

Good luck to your surgery

Pros:

Self-lubricates

Cons:

MAJOR surgery because it involves 2 separate body cavities and organ systems. Longer recovery.

Smell. For approximately the first year your self-lubing vaginas discharge will smell like… what a colon usually smells like. I'm told things eventually get better.

Now some may tell you that you don't need to dilate, but that's just not true. You still need to dilate to train the pubo-coccygeal muscles of the pelvic floor to relax. They need to be stretched regularly to ensure (relatively) easy entry if sexual intercourse is in your future. Without dilation things will be very tight down there and your partner may not be able to enter you.

Hi!,,,

I'm 2 months post op with pai institute and my dr was Burrin. I also did the colon surgery.

Recovery was not bad at all actually pretty easy if you follow the instructions and take things easy. I think what helped me the most was the fact that I walked everyday after the 3 rd day of surgery while in Bangkok. It is very hard to do but everyday you get more strength and I noticed that I was healing rapidly.

The best thing I should remark on was the face of dr Burrin when he removed my bandages revealing his work. His smile was so gigantic looking at my vsgina that I knew he was more then o,eased with his work you could sense his pride.

Eating will be challenging for the first month. You won't be able to eat much and you will be going to th bathroom to relieve yourself constantly. I still go #2 at least 5 times a day Sorry to sound so gross lol.

When I returned home I went to see my gyno/ endo who also used to fix srs surgeries by

Doctors in the USA and she was beside herself. She said my results are spectacular.

I'm very self conscious of it because I'm. Not used to it and how it looks so I always think somethingnisnwrong. But she assures me that it all looks the same and not every vagina looks like a playboy models. Lol

The scar on my stomach is healing well and the scarring is diminishing. What I really loved about my surgery isnthatbi have no outer suture scars. He did the suturing of my majora on the inside of the lips. It's fantastic. The only thing I'm nervous abiutnisnthe size of my clit. To me it's rather large but birth him and my local dr disagrees. Again im comparing to most women. Im hoping it goes down a bit in the next few months and I realize that only 2 mo post op.

My clit is toooo sensitive. I've orgasmed 4 times now by stimulating myself right above my clit which was super intense. I can't touch my Clint yet. Soon I hope. But the sensitivity has been going down a bit to a point where should be tolerable soon.

As far as smell goes , my dr can't smellit buti can. There's so much stuff going on down there. The worst is the pee smell that I'm trying to handle with understanding mire thorough cleaning including under my clit and on my urethra. Im crazy clean so this drives me nutts. But I'm handling its gotten way better. The other smell more in the beginning of healing was this fishy smell. Eichnisncaused by leftover ky jelly. So rice and douche with water to get it all out.

I would suggest purchasing the ceramic stents (dildos) from the clinic. It's a set of 4 and the size difference is a trip. Then, eight is the same at 8.5" but the girth is what is really is for. I'm current,y on number 3 and it feels the best although number four looks like a monster lol. It will run ou around $250. I started dilating with the candle that they provided for the first week then moved onto the number 1 in the ceramic.

You will love preechas clinic and the staff at thebhospita are so caring. I'm really happy I went to preecha who also did my orchi 11 years ago. A bit of advice from my gyno: prior to me going for the surgery she prescribed me prem cream to out on my scrotal area to stretch the skin and make it more pliable for surgery. I'm so glad I did. I love having the look of both minors nd marjora. It's very p,easing

Good luck!!!!!

actually Dr.chettwut offerd that option , i contacted Dr.Kamol too he said either i go colon or skin graft , pai they only offered colon . and the only reason im considering PAI institute is that i know few girls that went there and had good results .

and kinda scared of Kamol cause i cant find that much reviews online . chettawut is great but still trying to read more reviews (choosing which doctor is the hardest thing everrrr) im hisitate mostly cause i dont want to regret choosing my doctor .

Hey girl  I had a problem like you happen to me also. In my first year of estrogen I had a period where my level were good then they got really bad where my testosterone spike high.  I felt like you with all that disforia coming hard. Our bodies need time to adjust. The process is a real pain in the beginning. It levels out eventually and you don't even think about it. Hang in there hugs

      Biden's woke agenda?

I wonder if there will be law enforcement procedural shows coming this fall. I can imagine Law and Order: Genital Crimes Unit, or perhaps, FBI: Domestic Genitalia. Then again, maybe they will dedicate a CSI program about the dedicated members of the Oklahoma State Police Genital Screening Unit. Good to know that those Oklahomans have their priorities squared away.

Protections? Well, when they mandate that some who is transgender can get facial and genital electrolysis paid as it is essential to affirming care, or when they mandate and pay for facial feminization surgery, speech therapy/voice affirmation surgery, I will believe that the order is effective. One of biggest hurdles for many transgender individuals is the cost of care. I remember when my one insurance company tried to say that my speech therapy and voice surgery were "cosmetic". I remember when they blocked paying for my facial surgery. I remember the fight I had to get electrolysis. These procedures could save someone's life if the procedures help the individual successfully transition, and are no longer misgendered.

I don't think it should be.  Nor do I see Project 2025 as pushing Christian nationalism.

The agencies are supposed to work for him.  The problem, as conservatives found out in Trump 1, was they will ignore the president and do their own thing.  The agencies are supposed to be under his control.   Congress delegated some of its law making authority to the agencies, which is another problem.   The bloated federal government needs to be trimmed.  Dept Education is worthless - test scores have dropped since it was instituted in the Carter administration consistently, and it is currently implementing Biden's woke agenda more than doing anything else.

I hope to eventually wear a suit for dance but don't know what exactly to look for. I feel like jumpsuit is safe option but I have been interested in wearing button up and formal pants. Is there a certain brand i should look for or sites I should look at for tips? My mom is not exactly keen on me wearing too masc clothing like suits just yet but is okay with jumpsuits. Also is there hair styling tips availible, my hair looks like image below. I might be able to get shorter haircut like pixie but am not sure yet.

It’s never been about him, but he is the Presidential nominee for the Presidency that starts in…2025. I don’t see a lot of conflation that this is a “Trump doctrine”, it a doctrine that benefits him surely, but it is a plan to instill crony governance and enact very Christian conservative (if not purely Christian nationalist) “order” on the country. If you don’t see this as the Right doubling down on Big G government, I don’t know what to tell them. Getting rid of agencies and giving the authority directly to the Executive isn’t shrinking government. It’s consolidation power.

It is the made up ideology they believe trans people are pushing on the world, those “poor young girls who are being coerced into believing they are men” and the “perverts who put on dresses and think they’re girls”. The anti-LGBTQ+ movement came up with the term. Being trans = you believe in trans ideology/transgenderism, supporting trans people = the same.   In the end anyone that acts on or thinks gender is anything but what is in your pants is a “transgenderist”, why not make it a word if it’s not, there is no real grey area. Unless you acknowledge there is transgenderism, but use your knowledge to “correct it”.  So I guess there could be transgenderist conversion “therapists”.  Face it, we deface the America they want. Land of the Free and Home of the Brave? I think being out and queer is pretty brave. And freedom shouldn’t just be for those who push a narrow “Christian ideology” as the “true” governing model.

Rants are not a problem.  My favorite hobby! :)   What's out there is bad enough that I wonder why some people feel they need to embellish it.  Be alert.   Some of this will need to be fought in court if they try to implement it. If people are out to get me, paranoia is justified.  And this may not be the only document.   Abby

Not in so many words, therefore it's not there at all.  Excuse my paranoia. And the states passing laws against us are nothing to worry about either. Having to change my gender back to male (like in Florida) is reasonable.  I should just accept it, I mean I was born with a dk.  So that "F" is lie, and a fraud.  My delusions need to be dealt with for my own good.   I'm just frustrated these days.  Just a bit of a rant.

You probably remember the Target PR fiasco.  I remember reading an account from a woman who shopped there.  She went into a stall and did her business, and someone came into the bathroom and began swinging stall doors open, and when she came to her stall, the woman peeked at her through the crack. "What are you doing?" "Checking for perverts." The writer was so stunned by the absurdity that she finished up ASAP and got out of there, while the other woman entered a stall and locked it, made sure it was locked, and locked it again.
