Neutrogena oil-free moisturizer with SPF15

De-Slick Oil Controlling Spray (by Urban Decay)

Covergirl+Olay foundation

Covergirl Clean pressed powder

NARS Blush in O*gasm (censored the word just to be safe)

Lashblast Fusion mascara (I think this is Covergirl, too)

Lipstick/lipgloss - I use all kinds. Right now I'm loving Maybelline ColorSensational in 830 Plum Shine. MAC lipstick in Twig is fabulous. MAC lipgloss in Get Rich Quick is also fab. I'm also loving Rimmel lipstick in 126 Metallic Seduction and this sheer pink CoverGirl lipgloss that smells like birthday cake.

Oh and Walmart's makeup remover cloths to take it all off at the end of the day and the big blue tub o' Noxeema cold cream to also clean my face with every couple days.

Lipstick/lipgloss - I use all kinds

I have to use non comedogenic makeup because otherwise it burns my skin off but right now this is what I use.

1. Clinique redness reducing liquid foundation (its the kind with the green tint to hide redness, it helps with my bad razor rash)

2. Dermablend setting powder

3. Every day minerals blush (I have a few colors but don't wear it in public yet)

4. some cheapo lipstick, cant remember the brand but again I don't wear it in public yet so it is irrelevant

still haven't experimented with eye shadow, eye liner, or mascara yet but I am open to suggestions :)

Go to Ulta or Sephora and pick up an Urban Decay product called Greed. It's an eye shadow primer. Apply sparingly (stuff aint cheap) with a brush before other shadow and be amazed.

I highly reccomend Too Faced. Great eye shadow, I use it everyday everyone compliments me on it. Theone I use is the Smokey Eye Collection you can find it online for 36$, but it works amazing and it is fast, all I ever do when I am running late is use the "Fashion- In a flash" one or the "Day-firefly " !

And they have really nice smooth stick eyeliner that stays on and does wonders but it isnt as dark as normal eye liner.

I will have to look into both of those products when I get paid next... its time for me to start practicing regularly, figure out what works for me. I still look like a guy right now so I am not looking to spend a whole lot of money because I wont be wearing it out. I do wear the foundation and powder though, it helps cover my beard area and razor rash. Anything else is just for fun and practice right now :)

Jodie - Then don't waste your money on anything expensive. Have fun getting to know what things do and how to use them to best effect.

My goal with makeup is to look like I'm not using it, certainly never overdo it.

Thats really my goal too, I don't think I will wear flashy makeup except in a few very rare situations. Also cheap is good... as long as its non allergenic and non comedogenic I should be able to wear it. I have some cheaper products that actually hurt me pretty bad so I learned that lesson the hard way. Its nice having a mom that owns a beauty salon, the other day she mailed me a bunch of stuff for free. I also get free waxing, hair cuts, and hair products whenever I visit (usually once a month). She also pierced my ears for me not too long ago using the little gun thing (which actually hurt, when I got my brow pierced I didn't feel a thing... sorta strange, the brow also healed quicker).

Well, let's see, every morning I push this wheelbarrow of products into the bathroom. I'd just keep it there but it restricts access to the sink and the handles keep jabbing people. I proceed to put on liquid foundation (I keep a compressor and spray gun in there for that). Then I put Studio Gear powder over that. Blush (I do BOTH cheeks now!). Then it's up to the eyes. Eyeshadow followed by liner, somedays liquid other days pencil depending on what I'm going for, and then mascara. Then I apply lip stain 'cause I'm lazy and don't wanna touch up my lipstick all day long. After that, turn off the compressor and wheel the wheelbarrow back into my room.

I have been trying a powder foundation and i got it all over myself the first time so I just used the compressor to blow it all off

Something to keep in mind, Vagisil makes a great primer for your foundation.
