Henna!

While I don't really have the means to indulge in it, I'm a big fan of henna for body art. I was wondering how many others here share my interest and wanted to talk about it. For me, the big selling points are that you're free to use whatever designs you'd like, wherever you like, and change things up whenever the stain fades. And it smells so good! What sort of designs do you favor? I like the simple, elegant designs, as well as Chinese characters. I got the character for 'energy' drawn on my left deltoid after I finished my job interview earlier this week, and now that I've come here, it's certainly much more apt! (My prospects are very good, by the way. I'm following up on Tuesday. ^^)

I've had henna done on my arms before and I really loved it. Fortunately I didn't have to pay to have it done. I've often wondered about buying henna and doing it myself, but there doesn't seem to be a good place close to me. Plus reading it seems really risky because of "black henna".

Henna is risky cause it acts like lead and can be used as body art, and a type of hair dye I REALLY don't recommend getting for hair if you plan on coloring your or getting highlights cause it cause a rash swelling reaction that not good for the hair as in ruin your hair big time as in getting it all cut off. Trust me few of my hair dressers that I work with has it happend. Just a little FYI.
