So does anyone else love frill and floof? I live in a town with a pretty active group of lolitas but I've been hesitatn to join them. There is both an age barrier and a mental block. I'm transmasculine but present as androgyne. In this presentation though I do not alway feel the need to "be androgynous". In other words, I'll wear gendered clothing from whatever gender because don't think that changes who I am. This has gotten me a lot of push back though. Even from other TG folk.

I worry the lolita crowd in my town will be that way too. Every interaction I've had with members has been less than pleasent and the style has really moved along since I was last in the mix. We were all into dark gothic or victorian elegant. Now things are candy sweet and covered in cakes or pastries! I would love the network though, but I'm really not ready for the "but if your a girl, who wants to be a boy, why do you dress like a girl " conversation.

So I was wondering. Who out there proudly wears their floofy fluffy frill, and how do your local lolis handle it? What's the lolita culture like in your town?

Still super gothy around here n~n I guess. I've switched schools a few times here and in every one of them, girls love checkered stuff and fingerless gloves. There's still a poof of pink once in awhile, but mostly it's non emo folk falling in love with the emo look and blowing it up to look even MORE emo, which isn't a bad thing :3. Maybe that's why gothy boots with straps on them suddenly jumped to $70 around here o.O

I'd kill for some black and white striped fingerless gloves o.o

Good to know! I sew most of my own and I currently have been felling brave and thinking of making some boots.

I think some people I know were just up in Philly for a meet-up. I'll have to look up some pics and see what they were wearing. I'm down south some maybe that's why the style has turned so different. Ever since they open the Baby store int eh US I've seen more decora and sweet loli than anything else around here. Have you been to the website sockdreams? They have all sorts of cool gloves and arm warmers.

Grrr, I put up a post but it just wouldn't save for some reason D:

Make boots? o.o

I'll check it out n-n thanks!

The hardest things for me to find are tops for some reason. I also get carried away on wishlists over certain websites :3 one outfit I put together said it cost $400-something Dx If only I had the money.

My inspiration is Megaromania o.o some band from Japan my bf showed off to me one day. He gave me a youtube link to their song Quintessence Voyage, and wow they were all so pretty and gothy and stuff, I was mad jealous (still am). Then he told me they were all boys o.o my face melted

Yeah, Japan has mastered the gender bending scene in the music industry. Right down to voices. An all male group Moonstream, came to a con I was at last year and boy was I shocked to hear the vocal flexibility. They were dressed in elegant gothic style too.

Isn't it amazing, how animals have it all over us!   Good luck!

Good morning everyone,   It was our first night with our European Boxer and it went well. We got up at 05:30 let him out of the cage and went directly outside to give him a chance to go potty. It has been raining for two days and nights so the grass is soaked and nearly up to his belly. I don’t think he’s ever been outside while it’s raining or wet. I had my rain jacket on and a big brimmed hat as well as rain boots, he just stayed at my feet no matter where we went in the yard. I took him to the previous locations where out daughter’s dog had gone poo, but he just sat at my feet. Once inside and drying him off with a towel. He took a poo right there. So I gathered up his mess, and took him and his poo outside. So right now it’s dog one, trainer zero. Now that the coffee is brewed and I have a cup, he’s chewing on a toy.    Hugs,   Mindy🌈🐛🏳️‍⚧️🦋

Strange that I awoke from a dream dreaming about "being able to pee standing up!"   I know that sounds strange from someone AMAB, but intersex issues have always prevented that.    I wonder what made me dream like that? That was a first! 🤔

Morning y'all.    Nearly winter here, but it's a mild climate compared to what most of you experience. Even so, the best way to describe the mornings lately is...nipply! 😁

What I don’t like about the dealer working on my car, yes the put the paper mats on the floor, but why don’t they remove them when they bring my car to me?  And why do they always mess with my radio settings and my electronic dashboard settings?  I get them the way I want them and they seem to want them at factory default.  Leave things like you find them!  Why is that so difficult?  And don’t tell me it’s because the updated the computer! Every time!.  And no I haven’t figured out everything yet on the new car.  I can’t even get my key programmed to move my seat when I get in and out.  It’s supposed to move the seat, the mirrors, the steering wheel and several other things.  My old Eddie Bauer was easy to program but then it only programmed seat location and pedal location.   ok now that we’ve had our rousing knock on cars and dealer mechanics.  What else shall we talk about?  Bras?  Seems like an appropriate subject for most of us.  I have several different types. Two are famous store push-up padded to are more common everyday lightly padded ant one is a no padding no strap slip and the last one is a front close longline no padding.  Now that one supports the theory that I am now a B cup on my own. I’d prefer a C but then I’m not so sure my blouses would still fit without pulling.  Ah the problem we have as women.  And sizes are never ever the same.  Oh I’m a size ??  But men I need a large shirt and 36-30 pants and they always fit.   we can’t buy anything off the rack with confidence it will fit and I hate having to take it home to try one and return what doesn’t fit.   we’ll time to do my hair and leave.   love ya   Willow
