will i need alot of facial surgery

So i cant concentrate at school since i keep trying to compare my facial structure to the ones the girls in class have, and i obviously need to not fail so i can afford to do this.

So i will just ask and please be as honest as possible, do i need alot of surgery and what kind, i am tall so the face would need to look right, is it even possible for me to be passable?

I think you might be amazed at what a few years on feminizing hormones and an eyebrow shaping might do for you. I would wait and see. I can definitely see feminine features there.

I also think that eyebrows are a problem for you. I worked on mine slowly so no one would notice. Just look at some pictures of women's brows. Take some tweezers and slowly start to pull until you've got them right. It might make you cry. It did me but its the right look.

Honestly I don't think you need surgery at all . Your face is fine . We are our own worst critics . Be nice to yourself look beyond

I honestly don't think you will that much, I would wait until you see what the hormones can do ... may be a pleasant surprise

I don't think you'll "need" it as much as you think. And I would certainly let hormones work for a few years before I decided to do that anyway. You might still decide to do it later but "needing" FFS is actually pretty rare and involves extremely masculine faces, which yours is not.

Here is the honest truth of what I've seen of most FFS procedures - they take an attractive transgender woman and make her more attractive. I've only see a handful of FFS procedures that took an excessively masculine face and made it passable. And I say this knowing that my face is going to be very passable yet I want a few FFS procedures myself as well (particular the nose and probably some brow work). The more I can look like a younger version of my mom (and that's not far fetched), the happier I'll be with how I look.

I've seen some people that took the plastic surgery route and after a few (or many) years it looks horrible. They need more surgery to correct what was done in years past. I've seen some horrid jobs that they no longer have ANY facial expression. Do you really want that?

Like others have said, HRT after a while might help what you thought (instant gratification) of plastic surgery can bring.

A little more feminine posture, and as the others have said, some eyebrow work.

My bone issues for FFS are based on my native american heritage, but I was looking at some pictures taken in the 1880's of my great great grandmother (half native american) when she was my current age and if I look that good, I am going to be darn happy. (Actually I do look that good so my kids say.)
