My Cousin Dressed Me As A Girl

I would love to share this lovely memory with you. It dates back to 1970 when I was ten. I was very close to my female cousin who was five years older than me. When she reached her teens I noticed that she began to wear tights, I was so envious of her. I nagged her and dropped hints for her to dress me up in a skirt top and tights. After much persuasion she partially gave in and let me try one of her dresses on, but she wouldnt let me put tights on, but it was a lovely exprience at any rate. My cousin put some makeup on me I was in raptures.

i recall very clearly how natural it felt and I began to assume the mannersims and voice of a girl. My cousins friend assisted in dressing me up it was really great to have such girly friends. Sadly my Dad came in to my Aunts house to collect me and that was the end of that, it is a lovely memory.

Around the time of that fantastic crossdressing episode my cousin had a photo taken with her friends, they were only about 15 and were dressed in grown up clothes lovely skirts and tights. I really wish that I could have joined them, I keep mentally super-imposing myself in that picture even today at the age of fifty two.

Thanks for sharing hope you didnt mind me telling this story.

Love and Hugs

Roberta

You brought a smile to myself Roberta_Belinda of my first memory of wearing female clothing and feeling left out in life because I had a boys body and was expected to behave like a boy and not a girl. My memory is hazy as I was only about four years old. I was at a female friends house in the country near where I also lived, her mother had set up a small inflatable pool out the front of the farm house. I can not remember how it came about but I just remember being dressed in a girls one piece bathing suit and spending the afternoon with my female friend in her pool. I was besotted from that day on with the female character and the qualities that women have which men generally don't.

Thanks so much for your feedback, I am glad you enjoyed my story. What a shame that a photo was taken of me in my girly guise. I hope that I looked pretty. I am eternally grateful to my cousin for letting me dress up, I think she must have realised how badly I wanted to be a girl. It was a shame that I couldnt have worn tights but I have made up for that since over the years, however being made-up as a girl did compensate for that in some measure

That's a sweet story, Roberta. Thanks for sharing it.

I had a good friend in elementary school who offered to have his sister dress us up for Halloween. It would have been a dream come true, but I chickened out at the last minute. :(

Decided to head for Lowes after work early and bought a new stove. Was in stock and put it back of my truck.Luckily a neighbor of mine whom does appliance repair did come to remove the connection and convert the stove to natural gas in the new one.Was set up for propane.Happy with it and the scrap metal guy came to pick up my old one.He was happy to get it,said he needed one more to make it a load in his trailer full of junk appliances

I've been thinking it is a matter of belief.  They simply do not believe someone can validly be transgender and should not be allowed to practice their beliefs, but should be forced to practice their belief, that is, that there is no such thing as transgender and it is all mental illness/sin/hormonal imbalance.

I am really kind of sick of everybody who is not transgender deciding on what we need and do not need in the way of procedures. They act like all of this is play acting, and we can just apply cosmetics to our entire body. It might be refreshing if someone asked us directly what services we need in order to transition. I could say more as I am frustrated, but I do not want to violate the TOS.

I discovered her "Whipping Girl" when my egg first cracked.  It helped me understand some things.

Good luck on selling your wife on the idea of a different car. This could be tougher than negotiating with a dealership.   My wife agreed to my taking profit out of the company to buy a used truck once we found out the 2014 F-250 I currently had with 267,244 miles on it was needing new torque converter solenoids and the DEF system is chocking up. We bought a 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 3500, Duramax 4X4, with 163,000 miles. LTZ Off Road package, power mirrors, chrome step boards, rear camera, exhaust brake, and air lift bags on the rear suspension. It belonged to a friend of mine who also owned a mobile training business.   Mindy🌈🐛🏳️‍⚧️🦋

At the other end and in our favor is Julia Serano's analysis of the Cass Report Fiasco   https://juliaserano.medium.com/the-cass-review-wpath-files-and-the-perpetual-debate-over-gender-affirming-care-8f56d0c4d0c6   Serano is a Trans Woman and a molecular biologist herself, guess whose evaluation I honor.

That's great @MaeBe hopefully the company will offer your wife a moving package with the new job position. That's how I was transferred from the St. Louis Metro area to the Indianapolis Metro area. The company covered all the moving expenses, as well as a three week stay in an extended living hotel while we chose an area to build our current home.   Good Luck and make it a happy adventure.   Mindy🌈🐛🏳️‍⚧️🦋

@Birdie is the day care in charge of your MyChart, Hospital, and Doctors as to how you are cared for? There has to be some way to prove that you were born intersex and have a choice on your chosen pronouns. I wish we could do more for you. Keep pushing forward.   Hugs,   Mindy🌈🐛🏳️‍⚧️🦋
