Umm question how do they plan on checking that individuals that don't use public locker rooms are anatomically male or female unless the strip search every new student which could an illegal invasion of privacy even for you Americans. I do believe it would be a form of sexual harassment if they peek while they are using the facilities so they can't do that either?

This is the biggest load of stupid posturing fearmongering total I've heard in ages.

It really bugs me, that every Anti-Gay, Trangender, whatever type person out there always uses being "Pro-Family" as a cover to legitimize their bigotry. Also find it interesting that someone with likely absolutely no medical background calls it medical quackery, reminds me of the groups of people in the early 1900s that had labeled the entire field of Medical Science as quackery.

Sarah its even more ridiculous when you stop to think that LGBT people come from straight families (well mostly, you know what I mean)... then those families turn their backs on them, because thats so "pro family". If they want gay people to stop existing then they need to stop having kids... they act like LGBT folks don't have families or want families. Such ignorance.

If this became a law, the schools would become responsible for the actions inside the locker rooms. The school can not share the records, but they can and would prob be required to privately deal with any issues that are brought to their attention. Or depending on the wording o the law, inform the authorities.

The students would know of someone who changed over the summer but didnt leave town or over winter or spring break. All it could take is a single complaint.
