Sticking with the diet

I'm doing a lifestyle overhaul, starting with my diet. I'm taking a page from a few health professionals like Sandra Cabot and Cyndi O'meara and doing the raw / some meat thing.

So far, I've lost a little chunk of weight and have generally been feeling pretty good. But on days like this, all I want is warm food. The problem here being, cooking anything other than meat is a no-no in what I'm trying to achieve.

Funny, of all things I thought would be hard about this, I never would have thought it would be the temperature of food.

Excited to have my second protein serving later today, just for the warmth! ^_^

Ohhhhh duhhhhh moment for me ;) I thought you were maybe saying that hot foods are not good . Cold foods break down fat better . Ohh well worth a try ,thought here was something new out there
