The sad element to this is that it will be two years before any of the compliant textbooks can be purchased due to state funding issues.

The most promising part of it was that a ballot measure to overturn the law has failed to get enough backing to even be put on a statewide ballot. Whether the public is more accepting of us, or is just tired of the whole subject, the result is the same.

They are the ones who tried circulating the petition for a ballot measure to overturn the law. They could not get enough signatures to have it placed on a ballot TWICE!!
