Exercise I can do that won't take breasts away

I like martial arts, and during my transition this last year I have sadly given up martial arts because I wanted to see how far I could get in breast and hip growth without exercising away the fat needed for breasts and hips.

But there is that sadness, and it's just been too long. I miss the fun and I miss the workout, and I want to pick it back up again, but I as well as my senseis are willing to modify my schedule for my benefit.

So what exercise WOULD negatively affect my breastsize and hipsize, and from there I'll figure out how to get back into the sport.

Also, are there any exercises that positively affect breastsize or hipsize.

Primarily I am concerned with breastsize. My hips are thin but my breasts have gone from 32As to practically nonexistant in the last couple months. =( This was 1 year on hormone treatment with abnormally high T, I have recently had surgery to fix the T problem, so hopefully I can get an optimal 34B when I'm fully transitioned.

From my understanding based on going the other way and seeking the opposite results exercise won't cause you to lose breasts as long as you are on HRT and the levels are right. T and E have very different metabolic effects that way. Weight loss will cause breast size reduction though. One of the things I have really liked about T is that exercise has removed fat in female areas like breasts and thighs where nothing did before. When I started college I was underweight actualy and very fit with a 21 inch waist but still had a c cup. Now I am also fit but less so because of my age and by military fitness measurement also a little underweight and have a b at best. And that is mostly the excess skin from a massive weight loss.

Actually I have read but some of the ladies can tell you better that exercising and building muscle under the breast can make them appear larger. I do have pecs and I know ir makes me feel larger which is a negative for me of course.

Bottom line is that breasts should be fine with exercise as long as there is adequate nutrition to put on fat tissue and your E and T levels are in the female range from everything I have read. There are quite a few female athletes who are nicely endowed.

I took an involuntary swim wearing my quick dry hiking pants and shirt. Lifejacket not shown but present on the rock I am sitting on. Watson is dry now but I am still soaked. I capsized my kayak 5 feet from the shore trying to land on an island. Water in the pond was surprisingly warm considering it is early may in upstate New York.

@Birdie best of luck to you, my friend.   @MaeBe, nothing ventured, nothing gained! Good luck!

Oh I will. He loves to just sleep on the couch and sleep. Not very active at all which I'm mixed about. Less to do but also want him to do more too.

We had a German Shepheard/Lab cross! It was actually our son's dog but when he moved out, Axel stayed here. ❤️ He was soooo awesome! Totally goofy, but really smart, and a million percent lovable. Unfortunately, he didn't even get to see his fifth birthday. 😢 He did both hind knees in quick succession, which were repaired, but he re-injured one and it wasn't repairable. The grief we went through after we made that horrible decision was far worse than anything we have ever experienced before or after.    @Ashley0616, please be gentle with his joints until he is all grown up!   This pic is when he was still a puppy.

When things seemed really rocky with my wife. I had thought about moving to the PNW. WA and OR are quite LGBTQ friendly. Even interviewed for a couple jobs there.   Hugs, Kymmie

Friday night was pizza night, which is actually pretty routine here.    Tonight was a bit of a seafood fry-up. Crumbed flathead tails pan fried, crumbed scallops and chips (fries) deep fried, and a salad.   Tomorrow night will be junk food at a football game.

I was admitted upstairs for observation. The nurse last night took one look at me and said, "we need to use a FEMALE external catheter on you."   They placed a PureWick catheter over me and it's working great. If there isn't anything to connect a male catheter to it just isn't going to work.   So far I haven't passed more blood, and my abdomen does feel better. A specialist is supposed to see me today and perhaps order a colonoscopy to find out where all the blood came from.
