I have noticed since I was younger no matter what my weight I have had "breasts". They fit nicely and filly out an A or sometimes a B cup well. However, as you mentioned, the cleavage is not there. I have not yet done this, but perhaps some medical tape from one side to the other to bring the girls together might help.

:P i just a tight fitting bra

huggels Tiffany.

tight fitting bra, great trick if you can do it :P in all seriousness if I try to get into one that is less than 44 (yes even 42 doesnt work) i feel like its the spanish inquision all over again. That is if I can even get it done up, which isnt likely.

This is no quick and easy solution but I had found working out withweights to exercise and develop my pectorial muscles filled out the upper part of my breasts and resulted in having noticeable cleavage. Generally speaking male breasts tend to be wider apart so having cleavage is more of a problem but I seem to be the exception in that department.

Hiyas Rachel

I am a transgender MtF, but I am not yet on any hormones. I have small man boobs but nothing that gives me anything resembling cleavage. This is how I create the illusion of cleavage.

I use "Perfect Forms" that you can find at walmart, or I am sure you can find them with a google search. They are basically two silicone cups that stick to your chest and then you pull them together and they attach to each other. They come with adhesive already on them and I am sure they work fine on their own for women with natural breasts, but we have to pull our breasts closer together because we have a larger space between them. This puts to much strain on the "Perfect Forms" and they pull off easily. I use a tight fitting bra to hold them in place because the adhesive alone is not enough. I then use my pocket bra that has built in pockets for my breast forms. So I basically end up wearing two bra's, but I find that much more comfortable then using tape.

The end result is I create Cleavage with the "Perfect Forms" and a tight bra, then I wear my breast forms over that in my pocket bra for a natural look . The cleavage is my own and the breast forms look and move realistically in the pocket bra.

Here is the Link for the Perfect forms

I hope this helps :)

All these ladies are right- you have to press them together, whether its from a tight fitting bra, or something like...medical tape...eek, THAT sounds like the Spanish inquisition.

A larger breast size can make it easier to have cleavage, I believe. And if your natural chest is a bit fatty, it can also help with the illusion of cleavage.

WOW that's MOM upside down and backwards

I guess the questions that I have for you is how much do you want to spend?

And What do you plan on wearing??

You will have awesome cleavage "if" after grow what you can you get silicone breast implants under the muscle. :P

Cost about $5,000to $6000 in the US.

I know you want it, we all do. :D

There is also a new procedure that is being tested and will hopefully be approved soon in the US called Celution.

They do liposuction on you! Now what girl doesn't need a little of that.

They take the adipose ( fat ) and filter out the stem cells using the Celution®800 System, and then inject them into your breast's.

They claim that your breast will grow about 2 cup sizes, and they will be the real deal.

Right now it is being tested to reconstruct breasts in women that have had mastectomy's, and it surly will work for you too, when approved.

I heard it costs about $25,000 right now :( , but it will drop as demand increases.

Ok enough of that

I have tried those glue on breast forms, and they look so fake to me, but if your gonna cover them all up and not try and show your skin, they do work for that, and are cheap to buy. I got mine off ebay.

Forget the glue, just cut them to fit in your Bra.

A cheeper way is to get an old couch cushion and cut the foam to look like a breast, you can make them what ever size your heart desires, and just put them in your bra. :)

I am a conservative lady and don't wear low cut tops, but when I finally get the real deal I think I will.

Good luck!

Good morning :)   I have coffee today, but the cup keeps leaking (I guess the cap isn't able to fully seal or something), so I keep having to wipe up the sides lol   Almost finished all my missing work for school, which means if I do a bit more work, I should be out of trouble with my parents (not even that bad of trouble compared to when I was younger, more just an annoyance haha)

Good morning 😘   Finished packing up my kitchen and pantry for fumigation today. I also modified my backpack to make it day-centre compliant.  I was able to get almost 2 hrs sleep last night, so I'll survive. 😑

I'll be going to some Pride events as a spectator.  Maybe marching in a parade if they have open participation.    The event we'd prefer to go to is held in a small town with a population of less than 600.  They have a parade through all three blocks of their downtown area.  Unfortunately, this year it is on the same day as a memorial service for a friend who passed away this winter, so we'll have to miss it.  So our second choice is a larger town, population about 9000, a bit farther away.    And we are keeping our eyes open for other events in the general area as they are announced.   I dress a bit flashier than normal, with some trans bling, such as rainbow or trans flag earrings, a trans symbol pendant, and a handheld trans flag to wave.  Political sentiment is turning against us, but public sentiment here is still strongly on our side, so getting out and showing the flag, both literally and figuratively, is important.

I had that going on with my last two partners who were 20 years older than me.  One of them looked older for her age as well.  I remember a couple times being in the grocery store a decade ago and having people ask "can I help you ladies with something?" and then I'd turn around with my red beard.  Well before I started transitioning, but my partner knew I was trans back then.   I struggle with this as well.  My music and political career can have a masculine edge to it that I don't like.  It's been really frustrating lately.  I don't like pushing myself on others or telling people what to do.  I've been running a website for 25 years and have virtually never tried to promote it or even look at any analytics.  I don't want to push it on anyone.  I put what I have on it and make it publicly available.  It's part of my production process.  It keeps me sane and if someone else can find it useful, then I'm happy to share.

I'm curious, but then if I am true to myself, I have a hard time being in crowds.  I love hearing great music, but being in an audience is such a turnoff for me that I don't go to concerts or bars.  I'm just very much a producer.  I actually like doing the dishes more than going to concerts because it's an active thing.

My therapist is trying a new tact. I've named my self protection self that ssays not eating or too much exercise because when I starting because oftrauma my protective self started and also at the time the name Shay came to me and is now part of my name.  It's not like having a split personality, just my primative self protection who is always there to help me. My therapist has Shay, me and him working as a team to assure her that I am safe and to start changing her role in my life so I protect me by eating right and exercising to maintain a heathy body. It is helping a little but we just started this a few weeks ago.
