Our Accomplishments

a lot of the time we focus on the negative, which is why we have the other whole sections for when we need help.. so I was thinking we should list any accomplishments we have made, such as a compare and contrast between at your worst and the steps you've made. In your transformation to bring your inside truth and change the outside to match it, to achievements that affect your over all life. This way so when we are depressed or feel defeated we can look at what we have done and achieved. Possibly even give someone else hope when they see how far you've come and that it is possible. Perhaps I should be the first to go?

⋆Not everyone has to love me nor do they all hate me

⋆No self harming in almost a year

⋆I know when I am out of control and need help now

⋆I graduated high school and didn't give up after five years

⋆I can make mistakes, its okay I don't have to be perfect

⋆I have made friends who understand what its like to be different inside then out

⋆I have learned that I can count on others.

⋆I have used technics Stu has told me to do and they helped and I remember them

⋆I no longer hate the world
