Looking into surgeons

Currently I'm looking into having a Hysto and top surgery done in the upcoming year, and I already have surgeons picked out. However, I'm considering getting a metoidioplasty and we don't know any surgeons who perform it. I was hoping someone would have some links or resources on different surgeons (preferably around the east coast) so I can look at possibilities and cost. The surgeons I'm seeing for the other procedures don't specifically specialize in transgender surgery, and while we're going to ask a plastic surgeon friend of my wife's we're not sure if they're going to know anybody.

So in short I'm going to be doing some looking around on my own but I'm really hoping someone on here has some resources.

Google for Dr. Christine McGinn or Dr. Sherman Leis. They both gave Trans* man sessions at the last TG conference I went to in Atlanta GA, but both are from Pennsylvania and work there.

Dr McGinn is right near me in New Hope. She is my endo and has a practice called the Papillion Center. I hope to have some bottom surgery with her shortly as they can fit me in. I really like her and her staff a great deal.

I know a guy who plans to go to Dr. Raphael in Plano. I've also heard Dr. Medalie in Ohio does metas. They're both in the Midwest, so it isn't that far away from the east coast. Dr. McGinn is good, as well, and she's on the east coast.

The main surgeons I hear about are Dr. Miro in Belgrade and Dr. Meltzer in Arizona. Both would be out of your way (Dr. Miro especially), but you're going to see a lot more results from them.

As far as finding pictures, transbucket may still have pictures (I have no idea what is going on with that site. Ugh). There are some yahoo groups that have pictures and information as well - one is called The Deciding Line. That group has a ton of pictures, so you can compare different surgeons.
