Today was the day that I had a hair appointment. I had thought for a few days about it and decided that I will wait to get a definite female style until later on this year. With my very limited income it will take me most of thie year to fully transition. Unless I find a sugar daddy/ momma but I just don't see that happening. I plan to do some shopping at the Goodwill store and the other stores like it, get my wardrobe built up.

Anyway, back to the hair. With all that in mind, I figured that I would just get the split ends cleaned up and start getting my hair healthy. I'll go every other month to get it styled a little and keep the split ends at bay. That way by this time next year my hair will have a very definite feminine style to it and I will have transitioned all the way. Well at least as far as I can go at this point.

I also saw a new gender therapist yesterday. She is covered by my insurance, is nearby and I think I will be comfortable seeing her. She kind of surprised me at the end of our 'get to know each other' time. She was ready to set me up with weekly appointments but we settled on every other week. So just when I am about to eliminate one trip to the Dr every other week, I manage to add a Drs visit to the mix. At least this one is close enough for me to walk if I have to.

Progress"our most important product". Sounds like you are making it dear. I love Goodwill and thrift stores. I had a pile of cheap clothes when i transitioned and many of them are still staples as my style has grown to be mine. Hair isn't my problem. I shave my head.
