Since my faith is very important to me, I went through a sort of list of songs including Worn by Tenth Ave North, Need You Now by Plumb, Help Me Find It by Sidewalk Prophets, and Lift My Life Up by Unspoken. I went through them in that order and each song speaks of my inability to change myself, my torture of my life before my acceptance of myself and the glory of God that now spills out of my life because of His words He spoke right to my heart.

I do actually, the summer that I came out also happened to be one of the craziest summers of my life due to just all the random stuff that happened while hanging out with a friend. I was driving to a friend house real late at night at like 1am or so and I heard a song over sirius radio by one of my favorite bands. It was from their new album which I hadn't heard at all yet, this song just really resonated with me and the experience of coming out and trying to figure out how to start fixing my life. This song just helped me to keep pushing ahead, especially when I was losing weight so that I could actually be able to transition..

Anyways the the song I'd say was my coming out song would be "Spellbound" by Lacuna Coil

There wasn't any specific song for me when I began coming out to my immediate relatives and closest friends; but by the time I went public I was drawing inspiration and strenght from Helloween's I Want Out to overcome my remaining fears and doubts.
