as I mentioned in my introduction to the site, I have met a wonderful woman who likes and wants me to permanently dress fully at home, now the question I have is this... is there any way to enhance my breasts ? not using breast forms, but to increase both the size and sensitivity without losing the male side of my sex drive? strange question I knnow, but in our relationship, not only do take the role of the woman( which omg I love) but also she likes me to make love to her

If you are talking about hormones, hon, you can't get any kind of hormone (of which I am aware) that would just give you breasts without other side effects. Forget the herbal supplements and other OTC junk; if they worked, you wouldn't see women in plastic surgeon's offices getting BA's. You possibly could find a surgeon to do implants, but I wouldn't bet on your chances of finding someone legitimate to do it. I know you said you didn't want breast forms, but that certainly is the most convenient and least dangerous way of getting what you want, without getting anything you don't want.

HRT will not help you in your desire to keep the male side of your drive. In my experience that male drive has gone. I find that a relief but for you it sounds like the wrong direction. Surgery is possible and you can essentially get forms placed on the inside not outside. This requires a good medical practitioner. Just as in hormones attempting this by ourselves is extremely dangerous if not fatal. Our sponsor whose add you see below has good forms. Well you both sound in pretty good shape, I use breast enhancer's, but then again I'm not involved with a women, I just want to look like a women, for now anyway, so my advice to you is, sit tight and wait a while and see what happens, good luck, sweet charlene

I've positively ached to have my own breasts but there is no known cream or herbal thingy that will make it so. I do use an oestrogen cream but that's really just a fancy because deep down I know it won't do anything. In the end, if you are not physically transitioning breast forms are the only way to go. And the good thing about those is you can resume your male life as and when you need. The relationship may not last - so be realistic. Hope it works out for you.
