Goodmorning, seems like i join alot of forum's latly , learning and trying too be a nautrual women as can be, but non describe as how too walk like a women, everything else is covered from waist up , so i thought i try here, now if anyboby seen Dolly Parton new country video,called backwoods barbiee, now i dont think i want to walk like that, looks like shes walking on railroad tracks, one foot in front of the other, i think that be very uncomfy, but she make look easy tho,so i guess the real quistion is ,how does a lady walk then, i know men are much differnt walk stance too em,huggels Tiffany.

I have covered this before and there is a website that has this and more in depth, but here is the easy, how to, you can do this, one step at a time Sally method of feminine walking.

1) If you even think about swaying your hips - taht's too much - just don't!

2) Bring your feet together - men walk with feet at shoulder width - we don't.

3) Place each step directly in front of the foot's starting position - never shift back to shoulder width.

4) Aim the toes slightly inward or just straight ahead if inward is awkward for you - men's toes usually aim outward.

5) This produces a natural hip sway and a flowing ease of movement - slow down and take smaller steps - men stride - we stroll.

6) Put your arms down to your side - the palms of your hands are facing your body rotate the beetween 45 and 90 degrees so the palms are now facing forwards - allow them to swing freely from the elbow as well as the choulder - allow, don't force or even try to do this, it just happens!

7) Remeber that most women keep one or both arsm above waist level - notice a group of women talking and I will bet that at least one of themwill be holding one arm with elbow bent, forearm parallel to the floor with the hand just hanging there limp from the wrist - guys just don't do that!
