Muscle band dilation

So here is a question for my fellow post ops that I've been meaning to ask for a couple of weeks now.

Is there anyway to dilate the muscle bands near the opening of my vagina? I don't need the depth and stretching that the dilators bring to the table all the time, but it would be nice if I could find a way to make my muscle bands more flexible and willingly open up (especially when it comes to sex).

I'm assuming that my body isn't made for childbirth, I haven't passed a watermelon through this thing (pretty sure I won't either), therefore those muscle bands just inside the vaginal opening are going to be tight and not as easily stretched as a cis-female may be. Since I don't need depth, I was wondering if there were any short and wide implements that may work well for add'l dilating (especially the kind that don't require me to be laying down during the entire process)?

I would think regular dilation would do that. Unless one uses a small dilator.

Honest thou, I am not sure there are "muscle bands" there.

What type of dilator do you have? Is it a Soul Source one? You do not have to insert a dilator full depth to have it useful at the front door. I do have a couple of "toys" that wiggle and jiggle that are fun, but at my age too, the old muscles down there were pretty relaxed to begin with. I had no problems with the bigger diameter boys at the front end, and the major problem for me at first was swelling inside and unhealed suture lines. Go to your friendly local adult toy store and see what floats your boat. I really do not get the muscle band idea either. The muscle contraction that can squirt out your dilator to the end of the bed when you sneeze will not be affected by dilation per se as far as I have found out.
