After eight long years...

I've got my endocrinologist referral and I'll be getting my support letters for testosterone in the beginning of January once I have my second session with my gender therapist. If I'm lucky I'll be getting my first T shot by February.

Life can finally start for me, I'm hella scared but overjoyed. That said it feels surreal. I'm certainly anxious about a lot of things (and just change in general) but I know I need to do this. 

I've waited eight long years and barely survived it all---things are finally, finally looking up for me though. At least I won't crest thirty years old with a bald face even if it's been eight years of hell.

 

Don't give up guys, it gets better---hang in there.

Congratulations!!! Be prepared for a blood test, endo's always want a blood test before they start. To move things along I would ask them if you can get it done before your first appointment with them.I am not sure how that works in Canada though.
