Pre-transition Art, Where My Mind Was At That Time...

My living room of my apartment I lived in pre-transition and drug addicted world. I guess I tried to convey how I viewed the world. Taken using a simple and very old digital camera then took over with photoshop. The title of the image was originally "Never Enough Pills To Sleep".

In the foreground taken at the angle of the living room table you can see a bong, a beer, and in focus and the only thing in color, the pills in the middle of the table. The rest of the image is distorted to give an idea of how my mind perceived the world. In the background my guitars and skateboard, I still play the guitar and still skate, the heart image on the bottom of the deck is now a tattoo on my middle finger of my right hand - although most of the boys love me at the skate park, I do get a little hassle now and then, because not only am I better skater than allot of them, but they are being bettered by a trans gender girl! lol
