Coffee is long gone but was great.  My wife slipped in some Pumpkin Spice which is one of my favs.  I love flavored coffee.

Well sitting around waiting for my always late supervisor to stop by for my annual review.  I am not so worried as he already gave me a heads up it is spectacular.  LOL

Sucks for him as it is a good 2 hour drive from his office to mine, then back again another 2.  

 

Therapy appointment later so he better get here in time or I am leaving.  Which he knows already.  Nice to boss your boss around huh.  LOL

Personally Shawna, I have waited as many as five years to receive an annual review. Of course none of my previous places of employment are still in business.

 

Still no coffee. No caffeine allowed. I've had a caffeine free diet Pepsi, my protein shake and my customary handful of pills.

 

I had a meeting with my surgeon yesterday. More ointments to help healing. Apparently my rapid weight loss before surgery had an effect on the viability of some of the tissue. Which makes sense. The important parts are healing pretty well though.

Of course I'm waiting for the pharmacy to fill my prescriptions. I sense more shenanigans. I don't think I like the weekday pharmacist. She does her job, but only just.

Anyway, I've been cleared to go back to the gym next week so long as I promise to behave. I'm allowed to start soaking next week as well, so I'm looking forward to that... maybe Wednesday. I won't have time Tuesday between the gym and my allergist appointment.

To commemorate the event, I've purchased a new Killstar gym bag with plenty of leather and rivets. I saw it and immediately fell in love. 

 

Today is laundry day #2 so I'm washing towels and the bedding. Maybe getting some of my sweat out of the sheets and some of the ick out of my collection of cheap towels. Also getting the taco out of the sweatshirt Susan wears to work. That's not a euphemism, we had tacos for dinner last night. I was immaculate as always. Susan got some on her front.

 

I'm hoping to buy some ice cream today as well. I decided I wanted dessert last night and our current tub met with an unfortunate accident.

Found out my dad was rushed to the hospital  and not looking good.Nurse at the nursing home he is at noticed something wasn't right at all and alerted staff.With his Alzheimer's,doctors found out he was having early stages of a stroke.They did get it taken care of and said he might have another one later on.We advised them if it is fatal,don't revive.My family and his family told doctors this.He wants to go and see he is suffering

I'm sorry Debra. That's how my grandmother went and it is absolutely heartbreaking to watch a loved one endure it. May he go quickly and painlessly.

My dysphoria has been troubling me this week but there hasn’t been any opportunity to do anything about it.  I’ve been wanting to tell someone to get it out a little more and I thought I’d see about starting with my wife’s brother.  We met them for dinner last night.  The conversation got around to church.  They are Methodist so knowing the Methodist church is splitting over the subject of LGBT Asked them would they be staying with the more liberal branch or the new traditional (against LGBT). They answered Traditional.  So much for telling them.

It's nearly noon, but I'm done with my morning chores/errands. Protein shake for breakfast with a handful of pills. Grabbed a cheeseburger on the way home for extra protein.

 

Actually had some good news. My lawyer e-mailed me and let me know that my state now allows you to change the gender marker on your driver's license with a simple form. He also gave me a link and a copy of the form so I can get on that. Once the Secretary of State offices open up again (closed on account of plague) I can at least get that straightened out.

 

I also lost a big chunk of sloughing skin this morning so I smell something like 90-95% better. It was a very, very weird thing to find on my toilet paper this morning though. A WTH moment to be sure.

Yesterday was my day off. Slept most of the way through it. I forgot I had an Amazon order being delivered. A new wig. I'm such an addict. I love how I can get a new look depending on what style I wear. This one is more sultry. I'll save it go going out on Friday night. Not that I ever do.

Any who It's back to work tonight. This is my long stretch. Tonight all the way til Thursday. Then I get 3 days off again.

The other day one of my male patients told the evening nurse that he wanted to squeeze my boobies.That's not going to happen. I'm not that kid of a girl!  I put up with the occasional slap on the behind and the "Nice ass" remarks. Maybe I'm over doing it, I'm not trying to. Looking too sexy. My uniforms don't show cleavage unless I'm bent over. I wear a size large just so everything is covered. Maybe I went to large on my breast forms. But I had to to balance out my figure. My hip and buttocks enhancer weighs 10 pounds and my forms also are 10. If they weren't I'd probably tip over. The extra weight was cumbersome at first. But I've adjusted to it. It makes me stronger.

What's a girl to do?

Oops. I forgot. I also got some new eyebrows. I plucked the living hell out of my natural ones. I hate having to pencil them in. I never can seem to make them look uniform. These should take care of that.

I thought of that too but I'm scared to death of needles. Always have been. When I was a kid going to the doctor for immunizations was hellish. I was soo terrified! Kicking and screaming! It took several nurses to hold me down to administer a shot.

It really wasn't bad @Donnie_1961. She just numbed me, leaned me back and went to work. You don't even see the needle while she's doing her thing. It stung a little, but I think the results were well worth it. the most traumatic part of the whole experience was having to duck into a McDonalds to pee on the way home.

Mickey "D"s became Mickey "Pees". Funny. You should trying using the ladies restroom at the bus terminal in Dallas Texas. All the toilet seats were broken. I couldn't sit down. I had to squat over it like I was peeing outside. Then as I went to wash my hands at the sink there was this huge black woman changing her shirt in front of me. She gave me the once over before she moved out of the way. I thought for a second that she was reading me and was going to cause a scene. Fortunately that didn't happen.

Bus terminals are a little foreign to my experience. I used the one in Cincinnati, twice, while I was traveling for my GCS but Michigan, especially around Detroit, doesn't really do the whole public transportation thing. I could probable manage "squat to pee" though. Thanks to my exercise routine I can hold a squat forever. I'd have more trouble with aim right now (thanks to slough tissue near my urethra I'm kind of "forward and to the right"). For sure there'd be a mess. If I'm going to pee on the floor, I may as well use the men's room. ?

I usually attend service at The Metropolitan Community Church. It's non-denominational. Members are mostly gay or lesbian. I was a little put off when a big hairy guy there tried to give me a hug. That took a little getting used to. But all in all it's a nice church.

I did a google search. There's a couple in south Carolina.

My spouse had her's done for the same reason as Donnie.  But her's were $800 and a few years later they are fading and turning light brown.  She's not happy.

Back in 2008-9 I lived in the Philippines. When I first arrived, we went to the SM Mall which is similar to the Mall of America here in the US.  These malls are very modern, ‘state of the art’ facilities.  I had to use the public restroom.  Although all of the toilets were a modern US style toilet, none of them had seats.  If you needed to sit down to do your business, you had to squat and hold that position.  My wife had to do the same.  It was like that everywhere.  The culture has adopted a different way to use modern toilets.  They balance on the bowl rim and squat. Our offices there were furnished with “complete” modern toilets with lids. I’m not making this up, the employees asked if the lids could be removed from their toilets. We had them removed.  We also had to provide them with a pale and a bucket. It’s just the way it’s done there.  Different culture...different approach.

I have tattoos as well,a few Mopar ones.One is the Chrysler penastar.A couple more are a 1970s Dodge logo and the Mopar or no car slogan.I have been noticed well at car shows.Having the Ram logo done on Thursday,my friend Kenneth is doing it.He did all my tattoos

@Donnie_1961 one of the MCC churches is where a group I used to go to met.  The group I go to now also meets in an MCC church in a neighboring state. I know that Unitarian Universalist are also very Trans friendly. A friend gave a presentation on being trans at hers and I went to support her.  Also went to their Sunday service.  They were all welcoming and asked us to come back any time.  They knew we weren’t from there so wouldn’t become regulars.

What happened to the SEMTA buses? They go bye-bye. Coleman young kill them off.  I still remember the stinky old ones. Circa: 1970.

 

Well took of early from work. Save the co a little overtime. Things are relatively slow today. I think the covid19 is going to cause a slow down for just about all businesses.

Decided to check out a guys car and truck collection,amazing.Plus I checked out his extra inventory,had an eye on a 1975 Dodge 4x4 1/2 ton club cab truck in good shape and asked him if he would ever sell it.Told me yes,even told me it runs and drives good in good shape.I offered him a good amount of money for it and said deal.Hand the money over on Monday and I get the title.Had my heart on these and have one now.

My dad passed away tonight,had another stroke and was fatal.My dad isn't suffering anymore and got his wish.
