Voice development can be done by throat to lips, and also by making your mouth slightly smaller, thereby having resonance in your throat. By doing this makes the voice less deep as its not originating from your lungs, that would normally give your voice depth and lung resonance, with your normal mouth size ok. Handy app to train voice for feminisation,   with ongoing monitoring and it lets you know if your voice boundries on female pitch.  I am using an Android phone and the Apps available on Google Play it's called [Voice Pitch Analyzer] with a blue gender symbol.   Basically what you do you click the record on it and read text it provides you with and you can stop at any time.  Obviously if you read all the text it can have a better chance of analyzing you voice pitch and so on.  It will show a chart and it will show your voal range if it's more male a black bar will slide to the bottom of the chart, if more female to the top of the chart.  Fair to say i have tested reading with normal male voice to test it and what do you know it actually said it was more male.  When i put on my femme voice i wasn't far off being female..so there you go...try it see what you think.  If you have an Iphone, it might be available, some apps are available on all platforms, though not all.
