Ideal Height of a transwoman

I still present as male so I don't wear women's shoes yet, but I got a pair online to wear after I go full time. I got 11-wide and they are a little bit loose fitting. Based on the data I found online, I expected myself to be a size 10 1/2 but got 11 just in case.

One of the great things about sharing our trials and tribulations is when we find out someone else has it harder than ourselves.  Not great for them, but makes me feel a little less oddball.?☺️

I started hormones at age 36 and it seems like most either start before 25 or over 50. I wish I had started younger, and there are many much luckier than me in this respect, but there are also many are much less lucky than I.

Susan, Amazon is still selling some of the PayLess brands, although their stock is a bit hit or miss.  Apparently, PayLess is still alive in other parts of the world and there are rumblings that they will emerge from bankruptcy with a new online presence here in the US. Fingers crossed!

Oh @Sally Stone...you’re always a great source for shopping ideas and advice. Thank you for telling me about this. I’ll take pics today of the shoe model #’s and sizes of the ones I bought from Payless Shoes that I really LOVE.  Most are still in good condition so I’m sure that info is easily visible still. I don’t normally buy shoes online because of issues in the past with them fitting comfortably but do occasionly if it’s a pair or variation of pair I already own. I’ll check out their stock of sizes 9.5US and 10US. Most regular online shoe places I’ve used stock that size of lady’s shoes pretty regularly. I’ll definitely check that out.

Thanks Again, Sally

I'm currently learning how to sew and make my own clothes and I am shopping for a good sewing machine to do the job. Maybe this idea will help others?

That's... not a terrible idea actually. I'm not that tall. I have a new friend that is just as tall as I am. It can be hard to find dresses that hit me right though. Sewing at least some of my own clothes could help.

Hugs!

I'm 177cm tall and wear size 41 (EU)shoes.  I have two nieces that are already taller than me and another who will probably surpass my height in 2023.  As an aside, my nephew stands at just over 200cm tall.  They all have bigger feet than I do.  I'm happy with height and shoe size.  I'd really like to lose some weight though - not happy with my being 75kg.

I'm not sure why people would think there's an "ideal" height for a trans girl, since cis girls come in all shapes and sizes.  I've seen some cis girls who were super tall, like Nordic giants at 6'2".  Hard to say, but it might be more difficult to be a trans boy... I'm short and slender, so if I pass it will only ever be as a teenager 😉

I am 5’8” and wear woman’s size 11 shoes. 5’8” seems to be a good, though my wife is 7” shorter than me.
