Wife and I collaborate with several obscure bands, costuming art and videos.  It's difficult to pick one and I don't want to spam this thread...  so I'll pick one of the weirdest from the the most obscure.  This is Swarm and Punctuate by Ostrich Von Nipple.  Wife did the art, I 'animated' the video using non linear editing tools (didn't have proper animation software at the time).  We probably spent 2 weeks tweaking this just so.

Psychic TV has been hugely influential in underground circles for over 30 years (?) now, particularly as it's founder brought about the genre "Industrial Music" during the late 70's UK punk and early metal inceptions. Forms evolved from art-house and experimentalism a la The Velvet Underground to pioneering House and Techno.

Here, in Trip Reset, Genesis P-Orridge, who eventually transitions to female, brings influences and and songs heavily drenched in cosmic psychedelica, oozing with both bliss and melancholia- released in 1996, it still stands as a work that becomes a drug itself; nods to the post-psychedelic fallout of the late 6o's, Timothy Leary, The Manson Family, The Process Church, etc. Genesis' own description of "pangender" in my opinion was just as much an extension of her art as it was identity.

To furthur nail it's tone, a cover of "Set The Contols For The Heart Of The Sun" is added to erase any remaining doubt regarding it's destination. Enjoy.

I this song was a major step in the cracking of my egg and as such will always have a special place in my heart.

@Davie That was fun thanks!  Their sound reminded me of Vampire weekend for some reason.  Good fun!

Yes. Great story song.

That's identity—maybe I'm trans, but for sure "I am a reject." 😙

@Davie We may be rejected by the missguided ignorant by bigots and the like but that doesn't mean that we ARE rejects and certainly doesn't mean we haven't value.  A poor analogy I'm sure but...  my favorite piece of pottery is someone's seconds and is by definition a reject.  It is beautiful and the "flaw" that prompted its creator to discard it is one of my favorite features.  May the worst of your future be the best of your past!

Just saw this, @stveee . I ❤️ PTV. Have you read Gen's memoir, "Nonbinary" which was published in 2020 posthumously? If not, I recommend it.
