Forum for just general Depression

Do we have a forum just for general depression?  Like we are feeling really down but not suicidal.

Sorry there isn't one now but now there is this thread at the least.

I know many of us and the general population as well suffer from depression.  I got help from a doctor at one point and that did help. 

Perhaps the best thing is that often it seems to disappear by itself.  

I learned to make a gratitude list.  That actually helped.

I still have my moments.  I know if it gets worse that i can get medical help again. In the meantime i'm busy and pretty happy much of the time.  Maybe helping others here and in the rooms of recovery helps me as well.

Justine, you could post about being depressed in the General Transition Issues Forum or Transgender Issues, or MtF Forum, or Therapists and Therapy Forum.  It will be seen by everyone, and it doesn't matter to the Mods and Admins where it appears.  We'll be there to help out.
