Does hrt help with narrowing of shoulders and upper back? Have muscular shoulders n back.  If so how long does it take

Bones aren't going to go anywhere. However, in somewhere between 1-2 years, you'll lose about 30% of your muscle mass. Also some bone density, so I recommend an exercise routine to stay healthy. A solid stretching routine after you exercise will keep your muscles from getting that bulky, knotted look that bodybuilding men are so fond of.

 

Fortunately, women with broad shoulders look sexier than you probably think.

You will likely lose muscle mass and upper body strength, but it will not change the skeletal structure.

And? The teres and upper traps are severely under developed in most people in modern society. Don't feel that you have to give up some good feature about yourself just to fit into societal norms of femininity.

I'm going to have a friend take a shot of my back tomorrow at the gym for you. I have broad, muscled shoulders and I look amazing.
