Is it normal to feel this much change, it overwhelms me?

Suddenly I like fashion? What’s that about? I shall see.
But after awhile I see that for me now fashion is a kind

of feminine art, it makes me happier,

like coming to this forum and speaking

exactly who I am. I guess. Who needs normal?

Perhaps it is a feeling that many of us feel as we allow ourselves the chance to enjoy experiences so long denied.  Is it normal?  I've come to believe "normal" is only a setting on the washing machine.

Opening up and sharing with others is  beautiful but too uncommon.  This site has allowed me to do just that!

I hated fashion and clothes shopping. I was famous for it. I recently discovered that I simply hated male clothes. It turns out I do love fashion and shopping now that I target my true gender's clothes.

For me, woman's fashions quickly could become an addiction that would drain my bank account even faster than mind-altering chemicals.

My ex is the driver when it comes to me choosing what to wear. She sends me links to what she thinks would look good on me. Quite useful really.

Even in male form I was a bit dedicated to fashion.  Always had to have just the right outfit for the occasion.  You should have seen me at the disco. ?  Now it's just as bad but with more choices. Oh, and I still can't find shoes I like.

Its Normal! @Davie! at least it is for me, whatever that's worth ?  When I first came out to my wife about my desire to crossdress and got approval (with rules/limits) I was/am constantly looking at fashion .. what I like, what might fit or look good on me, what is my style?
The last one is the most difficult and I must admit I have probably wasted a lot of money on things I never should've bought (most of those are gone now) .. but its been a wonderful part of my self-discovery, so I just say .. ENJOY enjoying fashion❣️

Hi Folks,

 

Just spent a morning halfway into a panic attack. Feeling a bit better now.

I can breathe again. Things have resolved I think.

I'm up for a grant that'll help me get through the next few months

without worrying about income. I've been working hard at it for

the last week. Many fowl-ups and miscommunications to getting

it completed and submitted happened. It looks like its granted

and all set for now, so I'm relieved, but have trouble that it IS done.

I felt like such a little girl in pain . . . so it was difficult to be in stress,

but it also felt like the new me there . . . struggling with pain was

my childhood. But I have survived, and hope to thrive as a better me.

What a wiggly rope I'm tight-roping these days—an so emotional.

That's the territory I live in now. Sure could use one of those super-heroines

to help me now. I get it.

But I'm enough for now.

Even little girls have their own higher power

(and a transgender forum to complain to).
