So You Want A 'sex' Change

Even though this is a poem I just thought it would best be posted in this forum as it does give one insight to surgical techniques...in light hearted layperson's terms.

SO YOU WANT A SEX CHANGE

Have you ever wondered how surgeons rearrange-the sex organs of a transsexual during a sex change!

The mechanic-the plastic surgeon’s job is like removing spark plugs from a car-but the spark plugs are ones testicles which they put into a jar.

They scrap away the inner parts just leaving floppy skin-the yucky bits of old flesh are thrown into the bin.

Well the procedure sounds quite simple and should leave one free from doubt-they then take the male sex organ and turn it inside out.

And now comes the gruesome part towards making your new life-they cut a girly passage through a muscle…using hacksaw and sharp knife.

They also mould the labia flaps major and minor from loose skin-and make a new clitoris from the tip of your 'unwanted' thing.

The plumber –the urologist’s job defiantly has no perks-with skilled hands they must design your new waterworks

Now apart from tiding up odds and ends the job is almost done-Unless the surgeon is going to use the colon technique which is a slightly tricky one.

The colon is used as lining for your new girly part-one advantage of this technique is its self lubricating…truly a work of art.

Well I guess I’ve said enough…oh wait just one other thing-they give you a dilator for your new girly opening!

And please don’t forget the best part of this grusome rhyme- during the nip, zip and tucking…you will be SLEEPING all the time!

i have seen the surgery preformed a few times on variouse shows deffinatly worth a once over for any one thinking about srs yeah they way you put it should have colorfull illistrations almost like childrens books in waiting rooms i have seen
